這個必須要評價一下，店家非常客氣非常好，店家的這個民宿是新修的，所有的設施，還有房間還是非常高檔的。店家的民宿是在靠近東海岸，這邊看日出比較方便。很多人會住在放坡村，是靠近西海岸，但是其實兩邊離的不遠，大概2公里左右騎電動車也不到10分鐘也是很方便。而且店家免費提供電動車，都是很新的電動車。這麼一個房費很包含一個電動車，當然就非常划算了，因為你如果自己要單獨租一輛車的話，可能至少也得30到60元之間，可能在熱門高峯期的話甚至更貴，所以這樣算下來的話住在這裏，不僅條件各方面都非常好，早上看日出也非常近，而且有電動車，到處走也非常方便，所以十分推薦。

The hotel is not bad, the room is actually pretty good, you get your own mini swimming pool, however there are 2 things I was very unhappy with. First, the swimming pool floor and walls felt slimy, so the feeling while swimming we wasn't very pleasant. The natural pool the room is connected to my stairs is not really clean and you are recommended to not swim in there, so if you're thinking you'll get some sort of private beach, you won't, it's dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast is what they give you, so you have no choices and you better drive a car because other food options are not close. Your dog is allowed to be with you, that's a big pro and the room had a little yard which made conviennent for us having a dog with us.

The decoration smell in the room needs to be dispersed. This is also one of the few hotels in Antarctic Village that includes breakfast. It is cost-effective and the waiters are very enthusiastic. I will choose this one next time. The climate in Xuwen is the same as Hainan. The pristine sea is worth recommending. It would be better if the supporting facilities and sanitation were better.
