網上下單的時候還有點擔心，結果到店一看跟圖片描述的沒有一點區別，沒有任何問題！乾淨衞生設施齊全，工作人員也都很熱情。我們帶兩衹小狗去，也沒有任何不滿，還送我們小玩具，出門還送紙巾，簡直太貼心啦。總之很舒心的一次體驗，下次來還要住這！

酒店在泰山廟巷裡，出門就有好多小吃，管家服務非常到位，前台接待人員在地圖上詳細標記和介紹了必去必玩必吃景點，晚上出去溜達還非常貼心的送了一包紙巾吃小吃的時候用，介紹看的打鐵花表演非常精彩！預訂的是普通大床房，給我免費升級了房間，房間內設施是智能設備，衞生間還配備了消毒濕巾，非常貼心到位，必須五星好評！忻州古城的整體營商環境也非常好，不像有些古城商業化非常嚴重，希望古城能在這些商户的共同努力下保持這樣的狀態一直髮展下去，現在這種良心古城太少了！

忻州古城絕對是個寶藏，民宿坐落於古城最熱鬧的一條美食巷，離財神廟很近，價格合理且裝潢典雅，出門是煙火十足的古城生活，進門是安靜優雅的民宿體驗。
民宿有各種文化體驗項目，可惜我們時間短忙着到處吃沒來得及玩，臨走時店家送的伴手禮已經用上了哈哈哈。
總的來説體超值，服務很棒，位置極其優越，鬧中取靜。唯一需要注意的是，可能是由於房間大且舉架高，空調製暖一般，降温時温度表現不是很理想，我們倒是不在意，不過喜歡屋內温度較高的朋友可能要事先諮詢一下店家

酒店位置十分優越 ，遊玩古城很是便利，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，讓人感覺非常的舒服。前台小姐姐真的太棒啦！她不僅人長得漂亮，服務更是一流。對待每一位客人都熱情友善，一進門就感受到了家一般的温暖。而且她工作效率極高，辦理手續迅速又準確，為我節省了不少時間。強烈推薦這家酒店，更要為這位優秀的前台小姐姐點贊！

位置很好，在古城裡，兩邊都是網紅食店。本來訂的是當地第一的民宿，一進去大失所望，又跑了前三名的民宿，也是覺得差強人意，最後到這家，出乎意料地好。裝修好，細節到位，硬件軟件都好，服務也好。如果是來忻州古城的，建議就住這家就行了，價格比起前三名的那些所謂精品民宿還低得多。

民宿外部環境還不錯，內部有些牽強，洗澡水熱的很慢，至於服務，感覺沒啥服務，就是進店帶到房間而已，退房時也沒有人，而且什麼標註的離店伴手禮什麼都沒給，性價比一般，提不上現在消費者想要的質價比
