這是一家開在商務樓來裏面的酒店，一個樓層 ，酒店的亮點就是房間超級大，還乾濕分離， 離火車站很近 ，缺點就是進大樓要刷臉 和不是一個獨立的酒店 和辦公樓在一起

酒店區位似乎很熱鬧，但駕車衹感受到周邊學校接送孩子帶來的傍晚擁堵，早上出門就餐也無便利和可口。停車到地下，離開要去前台拿停車券。
入住要交500按金，即使是你點了信用也完全無視。要到旁邊挺大的酒店前台去辦理，你以為經濟型房間管理能一流就大錯特錯了。
價格是經濟型，設施管理與連鎖經適型相比卻差一截。優點是挺大的房間，所謂主題就是牆上放大一副主題風景照片而已。尋找房間的標識如此複雜，上到5樓我研究了半天平面圖也不知自己處在哪，還是問快遞小哥來的更方便（所以外賣更多？）。樓道如此陰暗曲折，管理與熱情服務是絲毫也感受不到的。最逗就是離電梯不遠的自動售貨機邊上的機器人，這幾步路用的着嗎？一般客人是有多懶？難道為地下幽會？
進門看到的洗手枱是破碎污穢的，衞浴設施並不太舊讓人不能理解。用品是簡陋的，床倒乾淨，矮枕頭好像塌陷了。窗户是能打開但天井是封閉的，也就是能透亮不能透氣還能透視別人窗。好在空調可以降温，好歹睡得可以。
總之以後不能相信攜程四星，乖乖找連鎖型
像我這種每日自駕走幾百公里頻繁換城市的人來説，尋找比較酒店的辛苦，並沒有因為成為攜程的會員而帶來方便

房間裏的床是新的，床角的毛刺沒有處理掉，晚上起來上廁所把我的腿劃傷了，流了一地血，找酒店處理隱患至今沒有動手處理，我受傷害也沒有處理，這樣的服務，這樣的酒店以後誰敢住？在沒有處理掉隱患的情況下，建議不要去山西忻州泛華酒店住，也許還有其他沒有發現的隱患！

入住從房卡打不開門開始，電視不能用，新裝修異味，換房拖拉好幾個小時，好不容易休息來敲門修電視，房間沒有沐浴液和洗頭膏，早晨去吃早餐回來房間就被撤掉了被罩床罩，説是以為退房了……種種服務讓人納悶，查了忻州有關單位電話，過節後再説吧。

酒店是古建，有地下停車場，走樓梯進酒店，酒店裡有電梯，設施完善，房間洗臉池位置有創意。👌後面是文化街區，前面是博物館，往南還有第三肉聯廠，位置絕佳。

交通方便，出門就有飯店和超市。也可以在酒店吃自助。本部樓下還有游泳館，市區主幹道鬧市中也非常安靜。
