Very good experience. Bring a baby over 1 year old to check in. Helped to carry the luggage to the room. Also took the initiative to bring bed guards, tents and plush toys. It was inconvenient to bring a child to eat supper. Huihui at the front desk even specially delivered it to the room and brought extra tissues and wet wipes. When leaving the hotel, she also specially asked to bring snacks for the baby. It was really heartwarming. Star hotel is very reassuring in all aspects. I will choose to stay here again when I go to Xinzheng

For the 2024 high school entrance examination, I did some comparisons in the surrounding area in advance (4 kilometers away from the test site). Only the Kenyon Hotel has better conditions in all aspects and the price is affordable. I booked his largest 60-square-meter family suite on Ctrip. I called the hotel one day in advance. The notice said that the air conditioner in the room was leaking, so they replaced it with a 40-square-meter one. After checking in at around 4pm on the 21st, they refunded the price difference and gave me a breakfast coupon. When I came back after going out at around 7pm, there was a power outage, and the transformer was broken. After a trip, at nine o'clock, the hotel said it was afraid of affecting the candidates, so the hotel actively coordinated the candidates to move to the nearby Xido Hotel (the decoration was too old and I was not used to it). It was almost ten o'clock and I asked to move back. The hotel apologized for the power outage and sent fruit and a letter of apology the next day. It also said that it would give everyone a 50% discount on the room rate for the power outage on the 21st. I personally felt it was unnecessary because it was a public emergency and the hotel actively coordinated and resolved it. The price is not high, there are many types of breakfast (candidates eat at 6.30 in advance), the environment, sanitation, and service are very good. There are computers and printers in the lobby for everyone to use for free. In addition to quality appearance, a good hotel must have a leadership team that pays attention to details for long-term operation and quality.

From the very beginning we were greeted so warmly and cordially, as if we were old friends. The room turned out to be simply chic: cozy, clean, with a comfortable bed and a view of the city. We immediately felt at home. It was a great holiday thanks to the excellent service and warm atmosphere. We plan to come back here again!

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. Our family of 5 people had a great experience to stay at this hotel. We booked two rooms of our stay. The rooms are specious and comfortable. The location is great. Their service was excellent. Everyone who works at the hotel is nice,polite and friendly. They also have free transportation service to the airport and it is very convenient and helpful. I will definitely come back again in the future. Besides, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. It is a great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay near the airport. You will have a comfortable stay and pleasant experience.

I had a nice experience at the hotel. The Hotel is located very close to the airport. It also has a good environment and amenities. In addition, all staff I met were both professional and hospitable. Though  we had a slight challenge communicating due to language barrier, the staff was able to work around it to attend to all my needs.  I also enjoyed free shuttle services to pick up my family from the airport and subsequent drop off at the train station. I will not hesitate to choose the hotel when next I am in that vicinity. I recommend others to give it a try.

Near the airport. Taxi to hotel on lately night is about 25 yuan. (The hotel has shuttle bus service but my flight is delayed) Room is ok with full amenities. The staff can not speak English but can communicate via translate machine. Breakfast is so so. Price is reasonable.

The service attitude of the ladies at the front desk was so good. It was really the best service of any hotel I have ever stayed in, especially the two ladies, Xiao Wang and Xiao Hu. I asked them to help me confirm the items I left behind. I asked them repeatedly for several times, but they helped me to deal with it very quickly. Thank you so much!
