The location is super convenient, with a shuttle every half hour to Departure Gate 4. The hotel is very quiet, with absolutely no airplane noise, and the breakfast was delicious.

Eleven years ago, tired from a trip, I found this hotel near the airport. They told me the new building was under renovation, so I was placed in the old building. The stay was fantastic – clean, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. This time, I had a layover and thought I'd definitely stay here again for a night, but it completely overturned my previous impression! I learned that this hotel is part of the airport group, mainly for crew members to rest. If you're going to make money, at least improve the facilities and service. After hiking the Five Great Mountains, my legs were aching, and when I ordered takeout, they actually made me go downstairs to pick it up myself? Unheard of! I don't know how to book to get the new building, but if they're still using the old building, isn't the hygiene condition absolutely terrible? This kind of hotel doesn't even provide disposable toilet seat covers, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly! The facilities aren't just old, they're dilapidated. Breakfast isn't even half as good as what you'd get at a chain like Lavande, let alone compared to what it was ten years ago. Ingredients weren't replenished when they ran out, even the cheese slices were gone. They just put out a few cold stir-fries and pickles to make do. How can they even serve fruit of such poor quality? Travelers, please just go to the nearby Hilton or Radisson. This place isn't worth the price.

Returning customer. I find this hotel to be the best choice near the airport: very close to the terminal, frequent free shuttle, good Chinese restaurant, possibility of very early breakfast (05:30 am) for who has early flight, efficient service at reception and floor. The room is a bit old, but it's very clean and has all the necessary amenities, including fridge and thermos.

The transportation is convenient, the service is attentive, and it's clean and tidy.

The hotel location is excellent. Staff is helpful. The breakfast starts from 5:30. How ever the shuttle bus leaves at the same time. Thus no time to enjoy the meal. Suggest to just the frequency and timing for shuttle bus.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before an early morning flight out of Zhengzhou Airport, and overall, it was a smooth experience. The location is excellent — just a short drive from the airport, which made getting to my flight stress-free. They also offered a free shuttle service, which was on time and very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed: a hot shower, reliable Wi-Fi, and a decent bed. I wouldn’t call it luxurious, but for a transit stay, it was more than adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful, even with limited English. They helped me arrange a taxi and made sure I knew the shuttle schedule. One small downside was that there weren’t many dining options nearby, but the hotel’s own restaurant had decent food at reasonable prices. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone needing a convenient overnight stay near the airport.

It was so near the airport and the price is reasonable. Free drop off shuttle is very punctual. Will definitely stay again if I have long layover

Breakfast was good, great location, food options at the airport. However, no direct way to get to the airport other than taking a taxi or the provided shuttle, which ends quite early if you plan on arriving after dinner time.

You need to either arrange a pickup or get a taxi to this hotel, but it’s convenient if you have a layover in Zhengzhou.

The service is very bad and the personnels is not polite. The room and the hallway are filled up with the smoke and odd mole smells. The shower hot water is very difficult to adjust.

Booked one night as our flight arrived too late for our onward journey. Hotel arranged to pick us up from the 4th floor of the airport and it was quite straight forward, despite the snow storm. Hotel was very close to the airport. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Arrived late and left early so not much else to say except it’s a very convenient hotel for an overnight stopover if you have a late or early flight.
