Transport in this smaller town is not great but the staff here have been very helpful. They try very hard to assist in ways they can, especially to 'Cai' (chinese character meaning colour). They even manage to make a birthday cake on the day for a family member and provided their well wishes. A gentleman knew a bit of English which was taken by surprise. As foreign travellers, we did need alot of assistance and the staff was very willing to help. It was very much appreciated. Breakfast selection was great and hotel was clean. It was a very nice place to stay!

酒店在當地一個莊園裡，環境非常好，長沙到海南半路落腳的酒店，位置剛剛好，下高速不用繞道，性價比超高。早餐很棒，前台服務很貼心，還贈送了摩天輪和玻璃棧道的門票，強烈推薦……相信以後還會再來……

有43年歷史全球最大酒店集團之一的美國温德姆酒店在信宜也有一家且還是攜程平台上排名豪華酒店第一名，為此特意去體驗入住。酒店坐落在蓮花湖風景區，周圍綠水清山環繞，風景優美，空氣清新，放眼望去一片翠綠中開放着奼紫嫣紅的鮮花，讓人心曠神怡。
酒店大堂設計的氣勢恢宏，公共區域佈置的很有藝術氛圍，新鮮的插花在空間散發著淡淡的清香。入住的房間面臨湖景，站在陽台上欣賞湖光山色，愜意無比。
酒店的硬件一流，給人留下深刻印象還有一流的服務，前台工作人員陳恩梅、李燕珊待客彬彬有禮，百問不厭，讓人感受到賓至如歸之感。再次對她們道聲：謝謝

温德姆從來就沒讓我失望過，蓮花湖這裏性價比更高，房間寬敞明亮，設施完善，床墊枕頭很舒服。含雙早、包含蓮花湖門票，裏面有玻璃橋，摩天輪輪，水上活動，小童樂園等娛樂設施。

房間乾淨整潔，設施配套齊全，陽台可以將湖景和玻璃橋、摩天輪一覽無餘，感覺很好。就是房間裏的電視都是要收費的，小孩想看個動畫片每個都是要收費的，，希望能改進一下，起碼給一些免費的看看吧。

酒店很新住起來很舒服 前台小姐姐也很熱情 給我們送了果盤 房間窗外就是地標景色摩天輪和玻璃橋 晚上的煙花秀盡收眼底 令我意外的是自助餐的糕點很好吃 真材實料的提拉米蘇 味道一點都不廉價 作為本地人非常推薦

圖123是第一次住房的景，園景，衹能看到馬路的園景，但有個浴缸。因為空調不製冷，申請換房，就有了圖4的園景，有了園景少了浴缸。圖5是酒店的小一角。圖6是自助早餐，一般般而已～圖789都是蓮花湖，拍照還可以，但遊玩就不太舒服了，1⃣️是因為白天不敢入園，暴曬➕沒有任何樹蔭，2⃣️是因為裏面基本什麼都要二次消費，3⃣️是小童有身高限制➕要按人頭算票，很不值！
