JI Hotel Properties in Xinxiang

The service at Atour Hotel Xinxiang was excellent. The front desk was well-staffed, and the staff explained everything patiently. They also recommended a well-established local restaurant for lamb stew noodles, which was delicious and conveniently located near the hotel. The Atour bed was incredibly comfortable; with the blackout curtains drawn, I slept soundly until noon!

We were very satisfied with our trip to Baoquan. It was a last-minute decision, but the experience was surprisingly good. The accommodation was excellent, located inside the scenic area. They contacted us beforehand to send maps and information about attractions, and there was also a pick-up service from the station. Staying inside with children was incredibly convenient; we could easily go back to the hotel to rest after playing. The terrace was also very comfortable – perfect for relaxing with tea and enjoying the view. Of course, the hotel service was impeccable, especially the little girl with glasses, whom my child adored, calling her ”sister.” The breakfast was also more plentiful and varied. Cleanliness and hygiene are paramount when traveling with children. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Yatianxia.

My first impression upon entering was how clean everything was. There were no strange odors from the floors or the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. The sheets and duvet covers are changed for each guest, so the hygiene control is impeccable. The front desk staff were very friendly and handled check-in and check-out incredibly fast. They were also patient in answering any questions I had, making the service experience absolutely fantastic!
