環境不錯，空氣很好，停車方便，就是設施有點陳舊了。不過這個價格在新津的話我還是願意選擇住這裏的。

酒店停車方便，環境清靜，可聞鳥聲。房間帶有陽台，算是一個亮點。酒店緊挨老君山，住店之餘爬爬山，是很方便的。床上被子厚重了一些，蓋起來不輕鬆。

酒店與知美術館緊鄰，房間衞生還是可以，床品很乾凈，設施有點老舊，但和房價比起來還算性價比挺高了。給酒店的建議是，在入住率很低的情況下，應該優先安排景色好的房間，我們入住的時候幾乎沒人，給我們安排的是陽台看出去是對面房間的，有那麼多陽台看出去是開闊山景的房間都空着，不知道前台的小妹兒是怎麼想的。讓每個入住的客人體驗感更好不是酒店的宗旨嗎？服務意識真的不高，擔心酒店的前景，呵呵

前台服務非常差!
這酒店是沿山坡建的，前台坐電梯在-1樓，不太好找。我晚上到的，漆黑一片，沒有指示牌，根本找不到!
聯繫酒店，打三次電話才接。問辦理入住位置在哪裡，前台描述不清楚，讓我導航。但導航顯示位置太近，我問能不能來接我，我確實找了好幾圈了
前台回（語氣很不好）：我們沒空，再見!
房間的被子還是破損的，超大撕裂!我當時發燒了，躺下才發現
今天終於不燒了，必須回來補上差評差評差評!

跑新津來玩，住了朋友推薦的這家酒店，房間還可以，深山老林的很愜意，樓去的時候是淡季，樓下車位隨便停。

房間到處都是灰，洗手枱更是不忍直視。空調動靜不小，就是出工不出力。最省的就是燈光，老闆巴不得用2瓦的燈，客廳點個蠟燭都比客廳主燈亮。所有房間燈光都不足，昏暗，壓抑得很。
