這真的是我來新疆住的最最最滿意，最美的酒店了，服務好的很，而且酒店自身的風景也絕美！酒店隨手一拍就是大片，而且有馬羣可以跟孩子互動。我們一共兩家一起來的，住的是獨棟別墅，一共四個房間，房間收拾的特別乾淨，而且洗刷用品也非常好，還有就是酒店的餐廳做的飯我好吃，可以説是吊打喀納斯跟禾木那邊的民宿！而且還送了賽里木湖的門票，如果預算充足的！真心強烈推薦！絕不是託兒！

買的是優惠價，對比賽里木湖的住宿，這個性價比挺高的，設施設備新，配套餐廳服務也好，晚餐後有篝火晚會。草原、森林，遠山。牛羊，令人心情放鬆。是一個從早到晚都能發現美、體會美的地方。

這家酒店的地理位置非常好，房間乾淨整潔舒適。
我在這裏用餐時，瑪日亞服務員的態度熱情周到，而且上菜時還詳細地介紹了每一道菜品。整個服務過程都保持着微笑，讓人感到非常舒適。
晚餐後酒店帶領客人一起在篝火邊跳舞，還是每一個人的熱情微笑服務，都非常好。
這位瑪日亞服務員給我留下了深刻印象。

五星好評下次還來，感謝酒店管家小林還有美克麗亞的熱情接待，酒店位置在賽里木湖北門出去駕車約半小時的山裡，去酒店的路況很好，是2023年才開業的新酒店，裝修很棒。
房間裏都裝了全屋地暖，不用擔心温度的問題。晚餐可以提前和酒店預訂，抵達酒店直接就餐。
酒店有專門的馬廄養了十來匹馬，馬的狀態比景區裏的好很多，騎馬體驗很棒，還有矮種馬可以近距離接觸。

酒店坐落在賽里木湖景區的北門之外，非常僻靜，獨享一片天地。酒店正面可以看山巒起伏，背面有成片的雲杉，環境非常優美清雅。酒店內部裝飾和建築風格也非常棒。

淡季來的，客人好像衹有我們，講真，夜裡有點點冷，玻璃房也不能呆，新疆的冬天嘛，已經很不錯了！

酒店設施設備非常好，跟宣傳的照片一模一樣，房間的小客廳兩面加上屋頂都是玻璃，觀看外面風景非常愜意。工作人員熱情好客，尤其是紳士小林，彬彬有禮。騎馬很有意思，圍爐煮茶氛圍感拉滿，深夜可以看到滿天的星斗，在這裏休息一天幸福感滿滿。
