The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

Good location. Easy to reach by taxi from train station. Was a nice stay before taking the train to Tibet. Staff were helpful and the breakfast good with lots of options. Recommend

The price/performance ratio is pretty good. For example, the price, location, etc. are pretty good. It's just that it's on the 23rd or 24th floor of an office building. It's very troublesome to wait for the elevator during commuting. In addition, the overall room can only be said to be average, which can be regarded as satisfactory.

The room is clean and tidy, very close to Leopard Street. The front desk Xiaoying and Xiaoming are very friendly and provided an upgrade to a quiet room. Both the elderly and children like it very much. The hotel is in a good location and is very convenient to the museum. The breakfast is also good, and there is a robot to deliver the food. The hotel is located on the roadside. It is a high-end hotel. Although it has been established for a long time, the basic design is still good. The hotel front desk is on the 21st floor. The waiter on the first floor warmly welcomes and instructs. The enthusiastic waiter upgraded the room. The room is spacious, clean and bright. The bedding is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very convenient to use. (But there are two small suggestions; 1. Is the basket for toiletries in the bathroom too small? 2. Can a small platform for mobile phones be installed in the toilet?) In addition, the breakfast is very rich and the service staff is also in place. Parking in front of the door is convenient and safe. The security personnel are also very responsible and enthusiastic to introduce the route of the scenic spots. I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

I stayed here for night, having left the higher rated Wanda hotel due to a lack of AC and being unable to sleep all night. The room and bathroom exceeded my expectations for 4 stars and were very close to 5 star standard IMO. The staff allowed me to check the room(and most importantly, AC) before booking, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if returning to Xining.
