In particular, the friendly service of several beautiful ladies at the front desk (they are really one in a hundred beauties) makes people feel that the service industry in the Northwest has really improved a lot. The two ladies gave special yogurt and upgraded the room. Special thanks to them.

Five-star praise! The hotel opened this year and there is no peculiar smell. The location is excellent, it only takes about ten minutes to walk to Mojia Street and Daxin Street Night Market, but it is also located on a relatively quiet street, which is bustling when you go out and quiet when you enter. Located in Chengzhong District, it is very convenient to go to Dongguan Mosque and Xiananguan Street to the east, and to museums and wildlife parks to the west. The lobby is elegant and bright, and the front desk service is polite and fast. The guest rooms are warm and comfortable, not too big or too small, and the bedding is of suitable softness and hardness, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Central air conditioning and Forest Prince air purifier make the room not smell like decoration. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, the washbasin is large and easy to place skin care cosmetics, the shower produces hot water quickly and has a suitable amount of water, toothbrushes, shower gel and other consumables are good, the towels are soft (haha new hotel), and the shower room drains quickly. The hair dryer and kettle are all regular brand products, so you can use them with confidence. The sound insulation effect of the room is also pretty good. These are all hardware. After all, it is a new hotel. The decoration and configuration make guests feel the quality. The service makes people feel that the hotel has an excellent management team: the public areas and guest rooms are clean, every staff member you meet smiles kindly, and there is a manager who just got off the elevator when he saw us going. When the elevator came, I immediately held down the elevator. The small actions made me feel that they must be implementing the word ”service” from top to bottom. I called the front desk at around ten o'clock in the evening and asked the front desk to send two bottles of water. I just put down the phone and put on a pair of glasses. The floor attendant delivered a coat in just one minute. The efficiency was amazing! The complimentary late night snacks and fruit and yogurt snacks are welcome, they are all delicious, not just a formality, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel's facilities will age year by year, but daily maintenance and customer service can be better and better. Therefore, service is more important than hardware. I am very happy that I chose to stay at Xingwang International during my trip to Qinghai. (It would be even better if there is a makeup mirror next to the sink!)

Environment: The location is very good, right next to the Nanchuan River. It only takes 20 minutes by bus from the train station. There is bus 909 from the Sanjiang Garden East Station next to the hotel that goes directly to Kumbum Temple. There are also buses from the surrounding area to the museum and zoo. It takes a few minutes to walk to Xingxing from the first floor. Hailu, where you can find all kinds of food and drink options, is also within a ten-minute walk from Wangfujing Department Store. Facilities: A very new hotel. Everything from the lobby to the elevator room to the guest rooms is brand new. There are no stains on the carpets in the corridors and there is no smoke smell in the rooms. It is equipped with a gym and swimming pool, at least a 4-star standard. The soundproofing of the hotel is good, and I can barely understand the sound of the door opening and exiting next to it. The bedding is very comfortable. Service: The staff is well-trained and check-in and check-out are very fast. The rationed mineral water and tea bags are not ambiguous at all. The local mineral water in Qinghai is very good. In the evening, two locally produced yogurts were given as a gift. This is already more than the two bottles of ice dew given by a 5-star hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied and will recommend it to others. I hope it can maintain a sanitary environment.

Good location. Easy to reach by taxi from train station. Was a nice stay before taking the train to Tibet. Staff were helpful and the breakfast good with lots of options. Recommend

The room has floor heating, it is not cold at all, the bathroom facilities are complete, the shampoo is very fragrant, and the mattress is good The softness and hardness are quite suitable; the room comes with tea bags and ear-hanging coffee bags. The receptionist at the front desk, Orange, is very enthusiastic and very polite. The ladies on duty at the front desk at different times are very considerate. They will help deliver the takeout when it is delivered. They are very kind and the service is very meticulous. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, there is a small business district, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is free underground parking, parking is very convenient, a 24-hour gym, and a self-service laundry room, suitable for business trips. There are also quite a lot of breakfast options, with a good combination of meat and vegetables, and the Qinghai local specialty beef noodle soup, which is highly recommended [strong]. This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

The location of the Boli Yabu Hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of shops around. Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits. We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.

I stayed here for night, having left the higher rated Wanda hotel due to a lack of AC and being unable to sleep all night. The room and bathroom exceeded my expectations for 4 stars and were very close to 5 star standard IMO. The staff allowed me to check the room(and most importantly, AC) before booking, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if returning to Xining.
