體驗非常不好，房間很吵，3樓就是KTV，隔音效果很差，吵得沒法睡覺，而且不知道是為了節省電費還是為什麼，客房空調居然開不了，服務員説是在維修，實際情況大家自己猜去吧，我不相信整棟樓的中央空調都是壞的，KTV沒空調能嗨到大半夜嗎？

在新縣城裡，建築比較新，後院可停車和洗車。
三樓有KTV，當晚音樂太吵了，一直到晚上12點。

興山這個小城乾淨漂亮，宏昌酒店像是興山的窗口，前台温和、停車場保安熱情，樓層服務員響應迅速，房間大，停車方便，周邊有餐飲。建議下水道增加反水彎。

沒想到這個小城，還有這麼一家性價比超高的酒店，大廳佈置的很有年味，前台很熱情，想的很周到，房間衞生乾淨，服務員服務態度好，還送了小點心，早上下樓還有美麗的雪景

非常意外，進興山突然眼睛一亮，想不到大山深處還有這麼乾淨漂亮的城市。酒店很好找，有自己的停車場，乾淨衞生。工作人員熱情和善，安保師傅也很負責，告訴我們在哪裡停車，如何掃碼出門。窗外的大山風景優美，雲在半山腰飄，看着很舒服，樓上有家漢攴館味道不錯，一樓有家西歺館，挺方便的。
