枕頭煙味很重，可能沒清洗過，並且還發現一衹蟑螂🪳，衞生着實存在巨大的改進空間，本次居住體驗不太好。

這次入住感真的太氣憤了 本人住酒店有習慣性去檢查房間的床品是否乾淨 這次也一樣 入住第一件事就是檢查衞生 結果看到了讓人很氣憤的事情 酒店的枕頭雙枕都是下面一個沒換新的枕套 有很明顯上一任客人住過留下的痕跡 給前台打電話述説前台還不相信 不一會讓酒店服務員上來 服務員態度很差 説那就給你換一個枕頭套就行了 我説我要換房間這個房間我不敢住 我哪知道哪些衞生打掃了哪些沒有打掃 我説換房間麻煩你把另一個房間的房卡給我 服務員態度很差的説想換房間 自己去前台拿房卡啊 衞生做的差就算了 態度真的是惡劣至極 枕套換過和沒換過大家看圖就能看出來吧

1.剛入住，想看電視，遙控器壓根打不開，打固話找客服電話也是壞的，手機撥前台電話讓保潔阿姨來調，結果是摁電視後面的開關，打開倒是打開了，看不了遙控器不能用。真無語。也不想難為大姐。就不看了
2.洗澡的時候這浴巾邊邊上都是線頭，中間直接破洞，住那麼多酒店第一次見到這樣的
3.洗浴間房頂都漏水發黴，看着也挺無語。
4.自助洗衣房洗衣機壞了沒法用。
真想讓給我退錢，不是懶得再去找酒店真直接退了。
