The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was in a wheelchair and they where so helpful. The room was very big and clean and the bed was so nice. A clean pleasant hotel. Thank you for our nights stay.

玖苑酒店地理位置方便，樓下就是生態公園。酒店管理到位，服務人員培訓有素。早餐種類豐富，西式，中式，蒙餐都有。三樓包間中餐適合商務宴請。感謝賈麗經理帶領團隊提供優質服務。btw，健身房再加一套啞鈴就更好了。

酒店的服務是太棒了，接機師傅，送機師傅訓練有素，時間上聽從客人的安排。朋友們關心的早餐，做的十分用心，絕對讓人滿意，而且接待人員，張馳有度。離貝子廟，錫林湖很近。唯一不足，酒店有點舊了，好在很乾凈

這個酒店多年前住過，現在看來設施太陳舊了，陳舊也沒有問題，服務好也行啊，服務極差。尤其酒店的早餐我必須説兩句，我早上八點四十到早餐廳，乾淨的位置服務員不讓坐，説裏面有位置，裏面位置桌面他們又都沒有收拾，讓我裡外跑了兩圈，給我收拾一個位置，剛坐下，準備去拿吃的，服務員開始撤台，但凡有實物的，開始收拾，沒收拾掉的，都是剩的殘羹冷炙。我問了服務員，他們告知早餐九點結束，所以開始撤。太無語了，你九點以後早餐結束，那麼九點之前進入餐廳的人椰沒有權利吃飯了嗎

很少評價酒店，不過對比昨天在大同入住的酒店，這個酒店的綜合評估不值600多的價格。
房間環境還好，其它如服務、早餐、專業性就差太多了。
不想置疑其它網友評估的真實性，希望大家還是實事求是比較好。

酒店還可以，挨着錫林大橋，可以看到錫林湖景，早晚散散步還不錯，唯一不滿意的是一米三的小孩早餐是成人票，出行住了很多酒店小孩早餐都是免費的，你哪怕半價也行啊，希望改進。
