環境不錯，早餐營養搭配。就是沒有棉簽，沖完涼耳朵裏的水出不來😂唯一不好就是洗澡間的門設計太拉誇，站在地巾上，門無法關上。所以就得大冬天光着腳踩在冰冷的地面走進去，透心涼😟門儘管離地面很低，水卻還是會流出來。真不是如此規格酒店該出現的問題。驚喜的是有數據線，手機充電很方便。夜間感應燈也很人性化。

出行之前研究了很久酒店位置包括大家的評價！預訂了兩天準備第三天換一家，但是在入住了第一天後果斷加住一天！酒店位置非常好找！晚上到酒店辦理的入住，前台服務非常的好，業務水平熟練，很快就辦好了手續，房間配有咖啡，也親自品嚐了，我本人衹喝美式的完全可以接受！住店三天，特別滿意，酒店整體環境衞生很乾凈，之前也來過西和，就是覺的西和大大小小的酒店都是那種快捷賓館，衞生也不敢恭維，現在有了西和大酒店才能算得上是正兒八經的酒店，（強調一下是酒店，不是周邊的那種招待所、小賓館，是酒店，有檔次、有品質的酒店。）房間的床品很乾凈可以放心使用，馬桶也很乾凈可以放心使用，我算是挑剔的人了，在我這兒完全通過，特別棒！很滿意的西和之旅！

衞生：房間衞生很好
尤其是前台的小姐姐非常非常棒，第一個房間應該是空調的水聲有點大，然後前台的這個小姐姐又給我換了間，真的還不錯，下次出差還住這家！
