JJoseph WilliamFantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store.
The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer.
The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily.
There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light).
Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains.

NNiniqin520I feel that this is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Xichang for a few days. Although it is old, it is well maintained, clean, quiet, good service, free parking, and convenient to go around. It is trustworthy. Fruits and a set of small toiletries are also given.

Starting from the registration at the front desk, the staff member Xiao Tang was very enthusiastic, checked in quickly, and also introduced the hotel facilities attentively. When we have questions or consultations, they respond quickly and give very practical suggestions, which immediately brings them closer to customers.
When you walk into the room, the first thing you feel is cleanliness. The beds were made neatly, the supplies were in order, and there was no peculiar smell. The room is warmly decorated and the lighting is just the right brightness, making people relax instantly. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress was just the right hardness, the quilt was fluffy and soft, and I had a great sleep all night.
The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including bread, eggs, fruits and hot porridge. The taste is also good, meeting the needs of different people. The restaurant environment is clean and tidy, the waiters clean up the tables in a timely manner, and the dining experience is particularly good.
Taking all aspects into consideration, this hotel is extremely cost-effective. The price is reasonable, but the service and facilities are far beyond expectations. I will choose this place next time I travel!

JJingzia～The sea view room I booked has a large floor-to-ceiling window, good hygiene, and a great location. I have a few complaints: 1. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights during the May Day holiday. The average room rate was over 1,000 per night, and it was considered an upper-level room in the hotel, but there was no refrigerator. 2. The hair dryer was too bad. The wire inside was burning and red. My wife didn't dare to use it. 3. The bathtub was in a good location and was quite large, but it didn't come with a disposable bathtub cover. I didn't dare to use it and it became a decoration. 4. There was no window in the bathroom. No matter how good the ventilation vent was, it was not as comfortable as a window. 5. You have to ask the front desk for disposable razors. 6. The smart toilet is not fully smart and can only flush by induction. That's all for now. I pay more attention to the accommodation when I travel, so I am a little particular. I give it 80 points.

AAnonymous UserCame here for a weekend getaway with my family, hoping to see the seagulls at Qionghai Lake. I randomly picked this hotel online because it seemed very close to all the attractions. I called ahead to let the front desk know my arrival time, and they even added me on WeChat to send me recommendations for local tours and food – that was really great, haha, very thoughtful! The service was excellent. When we checked in, the room was surprisingly spacious and well-lit, and the cleanliness was top-notch, super satisfied. The winter scenery in Xichang is also stunning, and sunbathing during the day was incredibly comfortable. If I ever get the chance to visit Xichang again, I'll definitely choose this hotel, hahaha.

GGeoLikeThe room is very spacious, and the location is excellent, right next to Lushan Mountain, perfect for a hike. There are plenty of food options nearby, and you can also order takeout. I heard the guesthouse offers shared meals, but I didn't participate. The atmosphere was quite nice, with lots of chatting and laughter. There's a pool table on the third floor, but no one to play with me! 😂 Downstairs, there's a very cute blue cat. When I came back from Silver Beach in the afternoon, it was all alone, so I petted it, and it immediately became very friendly. When I sat down, it came closer and rubbed against me. ☺️ It even jumped onto the table and nuzzled my shoulder! 😀

Seeing that there are bad reviews, the owner of the store said that there are bad reviews normal, no one can do perfect, but also told us that the store is not satisfied with the room, you can cancel the order at any time, the boss atmosphere is more user-friendly, 106 bus is below, do not want to drive, change a travel tool is still a good choice. More than 100, very cost-effective, equipped with disposable slippers, bottled water, facilities are relatively complete. It is more convenient to have a Chinese restaurant nearby.
