Excellent location, very spacious room with a nice bathtub and a large balcony, also very friendly staff and yummy breakfast. Will come back here again!

Great premium option. The area is very new and some facilities were not open, but this place is beautiful and the rooms are unbelievably comfortable.

酒店在瓊海17度，環境優美，購物很方便，酒店步行可到萬達，酒店有咖啡廳，博物館，洗衣房，健身房，一應俱全，房間設備設施齊全，乾淨衞生，前台服務態度很好，為入住就聯繫到退房服務都很好，效率也很快，推薦，很適合出行旅遊

🔔服務：服務員很貼心 前台小雪看我兩大兩小 擔心我的房間太小不方便…帶我去看了房間 確實很小 20平 … 很貼心的申請了 升級房型 但我房間原有的歡迎水果沒有了… 並不是説在意水果有沒有 而是該有的儀式感還是應該要的 … 另外 升級的房型可以看到視頻沒有拍的就是大床然後就是洗手間了 。 五星級的房間 真的實屬小了點 。
服務員很周到 幫我把行李箱和外賣一起送到房間 需要的洗漱也能及時送到
🚗 交通：地理位置比較偏 但喊車還是比較方便 有個問題 車不能開到酒店大堂 需要走一小截路
🧹衞生：陽台堆積成灰 有蜘蛛網 鏡子可以看到沒有擦乾淨
🍃環境：周圍有個萬達 酒店自身沒有什麼綠化
早餐：麪條 麪包 牛奶 果汁 這些都有 但是品種不算多 用餐也比較混亂 希望酒店可以調整
整個酒店居住下來 酒店服務意識還不錯 比較安靜 床也比較舒軟 但是 衞生還需提高 對於五星 還是有些不到位 並非繁華地段 還是希望空間可以大一點

很不錯的西昌之旅。這次來西昌，入住將軍會館，實屬驚喜，酒店環境不錯，設施新，建築設計也很好。預訂的套房，還有一個泡池，帶孩子玩可開心了。特別要説的是，服務也很好，表揚一下前台的小嚴和小盧，熱情負責，提前就跟我聯繫，提醒我導航位置，防止走錯，還安排了禮賓在路口迎接，引導我進入地下停車場。還要表揚一下晚上的那位迎賓小蔡，態度和藹，親切，幫忙拿行李，送水，介紹美食。不錯！這家酒店是我在西昌住過最好的酒店了。

免費升級到了鄰水泡池房，開心，房間很大，帶客廳，泡池，陽台巨大，設施齊全。前台小嚴和小顧服務周到，告知我們哪裡燒烤好吃啊，邛海怎麼去啊，非常感謝！因此果斷又多住了一晚。酒店離萬達很近，離排名第一的西昌李小腸燒烤不遠。下次來西昌還會選擇住這裏！
