先是升級到大床房，然後第二天反應靠馬路有點吵，有個前台小姑娘非常nice，又幫忙升級到靠海的望月樓。望月樓的服務人員和電瓶車小哥服務態度非常好。
出門就是邛海精華段，國賓館的氣派。還有網紅的天空之鏡和黑天鵝咖啡館。
早餐品種一般，但米線很好吃，會理油茶好吃，苦蕎粥、苦蕎汁和苦蕎片好評。
前台部分人員態度較冷淡，也不主動問好。

不開排氣扇房間悶，排氣扇打開有異味，洗手池沖水有異味。房間牆壁有污漬。4月21號上午退房寄存行李，找前台幫忙拿瓶礦泉水，前台説不提供礦泉水，有飲水機，如果需要讓我回房間等，客房服務部把水送到房間。雖然在我再次詢問之後打了電話讓送到前台來，但是感受非常不好。

我是第二次入住邛海賓館，老牌五星酒店，酒店內環境沒得説，很不錯加分項，小孩子在裏面逗孔雀，追斑鳩，各種撒野。酒店位置就在邛海邊，下午喝着咖啡欣賞邛海，很愜意。酒店裡很多停車場，方便。酒店設施齊全但畢竟年生長了，肯定沒辦法和新晉五星酒店相比，但本人覺得可以接受。早餐中規中矩，值得一提的是他家的牛肉米粉，味道真心好。我看到有很多評價吐槽他們的服務，就我個人住了四天的感受來説，服務態度好，服務周到細緻，入住期間遇到兩個問題都及時得到解決，同時還很貼心地給我的小孩兒準備了小童牙刷。我對他們的服務表示滿意。

客觀説酒店外環境很好地氣優 停車方便 但這個房間嘛説是招待所半點都不過分 圖1 擦手巾都要拖地上了 是小矮人用的嗎 整個房間的毛巾我都沒有使用。帶的自己的一次性用品 而一路下來其他酒店沒有一家能讓我消耗到自帶浴巾毛巾 拖鞋確實如有一位住客所説 塑料異味超大 洗漱用品質量也很低 圖2 不要説是老酒店了 做個櫃子沒那麼難吧安裝衹需要很短的時間 圖3 我真想不出酒店究竟有什麼值錢的東西還要收入住按金 11.50打電話送餐部就沒有人接 沒有人接 總枱説他們沒24小時 前台説有 WiFi打電話去問總枱也是不太耐煩説貼在聽筒背後
最後三張圖是前兩站的昆明翠湖酒店 同樣是有年頭的五星 維護保養處處還留存着自己的派頭和講究 我每次去昆明都會優先選擇
希望西昌這麼好的地方 也能有這樣歷久彌新的好酒店
真的不值得這個價格。如果不到500還勉強可以為外環境買單

賓館位置相當好，緊挨邛海，是來西昌住宿的首選。前台小姐姐很熱情，不知道什麼原因升級到了別墅，意外。房間設施比較齊全，乾淨衞生 ，每天還送水果和酸奶。早餐很豐富，中西餐都有，如果牛奶用巴氏奶就更完美了。

整個行程我們對這家酒店期望值最高，因為考慮到西昌最出名的就是邛海，所以我們毫不猶豫地訂了海景房。到了酒店，才發現這個酒店分成很多酒店區，類似於當地高檔迎賓館，有很多重要會議在在這裏召開，客源豐富。説實話，這個酒店環境一流，景色真美，我們的望月樓下樓就是邛海。衹是當我們進到我們訂的海景房，感覺很失望：房間很小，設施也很傳統，關鍵洗手間雖然清潔乾淨，但估計是排水系統年數已久，自帶一股臭味。早餐很簡陋粗糙，且吃起來不方便，還要專門走3-5分鐘到集中用餐點。關鍵食物就像2-3星級酒店大排檔旅遊餐那樣粗糙。多虧邛海真的很美，酒店有着得天獨厚的條件，沖淡了我們的失望。

酒店的地理位置確實是得天獨厚，如果想沉浸式感受邛海，那麼就一定要住這裏。早餐很豐富，位置也很多，黑天鵝咖啡廳人太多了，所以體驗感很一般。我們住的最基礎的房型，洗手間很窄，洗手枱小到連一個儲物盒都放不下，蓮蓬頭出水很尖鋭，打在身上挺疼的。

帶家裡兩位長者出行，入住標間，單人床夠大。當天正好有接待，中餐廳商務用餐。服務人員看有長者，不能等太久，在徵得同意的情況下，第一時間叫來擺渡車送我們到邛海小廚吃飯，貼心。地理位置優越，在黑天鵝咖啡館可以呆一天就隨便把景點逛了。
