九鯉湖景區很適合親子游，去的時候下大霧，仙遊了一趟，別有一番景緻，酒店前台非常熱情，升級的親子房，沙發可以當床，住的很寬敞，早餐吃的當地特色菜鍋邊飯，美味可口

週末帶家人去的，在九鯉湖景區裏，酒店提前打電話來提醒多帶衣物。旅遊淡季，人員稀少，感受頗佳。酒店安安靜靜，房間簡約耐看，滿目湖光山色。一樓餐廳的出品和服務上佳，茄子盒酥脆香嫩，出乎意料的好吃。兩個問題：一是跟酒店多要了一瓶水，以每房間2瓶為由沒給送上來。有點刻板；二是房間制暖，温度一直沒升上來。打電話反應最終也沒有回覆，不了了之。這些是需要注意和整改的。

衞生環境還行，床軟到讓你懷念人生，睡一覺起來全身痛的那種，服務這些也不行了，一個很簡單的問題，開酒店充電線都不跟我們住客備一根：，就知道叫我們掃碼付錢才能充電，對於我們來説，雖然幾塊錢是小事，但是做為一直開民宿的人，長期開店的，充電器都捨不得買，大家可以想想後面的問題

酒店在景區裏面，大門口進去幾十米左右，酒店會提前聯繫發送景區門票，門口出示就會給開車進去了，但衹能停車在酒店裡不能開出去。訂的標間，給的2樓，讓給高樓層被拒絕了，晚上門口有室外音響放歌唱歌，有點吵。隔音效果一般，半夜走廊都能聽到別人經過在大聲講話。不過酒店前台服務很好。

就在景區裏，免去景區門票。房間不大，有些地方比較舊了，但是很乾凈整潔，有升級了智能設備控制，服務人員的態度都非常好，晚上很安靜，就是隔音不太好。推薦。

預訂的露台房，有個院子在一樓，床墊略硬，有夜燈這點很好，空調好像不能調，五一有點冷想調成暖風總是會跳掉，早餐還可以，能吃飽也能吃到當地特色，午餐和晚餐都在餐廳吃的，上菜速度還不錯，雷筍好吃，服務員都挺熱情，尤其前台態度很好
