The environment really has nothing to say about it. The sky is so blue that it's refreshing, and it feels like a paradise. The sanitation and facilities of the hotel are also very good. The only thing that makes people feel very dissatisfied is that when we checked in, we went to the hotel front desk after 12 o'clock and were asked Check-in can only be done after 14:00. After waiting for two hours, we checked in with four children around 6 years old and a baby less than half a year old. We found that two rooms had not been cleaned at all. We rushed ourselves. The RV housekeeper came to clean up the room. It was not until 15:30 that someone came to clean up the room. When we checked out, we were asked to check out before 12 o'clock. The previous guest checked out at 12 o'clock and it was not until we checked in. 14 o'clock, what are you doing for two hours? ? We didn't move in until almost 16 o'clock, and no one said sorry. Do you think that's normal? And there is only one tarpaulin for sunshade in the corridor in the middle of the dome tent terrace. I asked the staff and they said they only had one. They moved a few large cardboard boxes and I didn’t know what they were for. In the corridor, it was not demolished and occupied a large area. Later I found out that it was a table and chairs. . . . The price is almost the same as a five-star hotel, but what about the service? ? ? ?
