Lavande Hotels (Xianning Tonghui Square)

The front desk staff were warm and professional, providing smiling service throughout and responding promptly to all needs. The room was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and numerous restaurants nearby. Breakfast and late-night snacks were delicious. The stay exceeded expectations; I truly felt at home and it was excellent value for money.

Overall, it's good. It's near Hubei University of Science and Technology. It's directly connected to the high-speed rail station by bus, and it's not far away by taxi. It's quiet, and the sanitation and services are good. The front desk also arranged a free extended check-out. I don't know what year it was renovated, but it seems a little older.

When I came to Xianning for a business trip, I went directly to this hotel. This is the first time I have stayed here. The price/performance ratio is very high. The environment is very clean and comfortable, and the location is good. It is connected to the shopping mall and has everything you need to eat, drink and play. Parking is also free. I will come back next time

帶孩子來打比賽的，訂的雙床房，入住的時候被通知可以免費升級房型，並且加了酒店微信。非常推薦入住後加微信，有什麼問題直接溝通，及時回覆並且解決，包括但不限於車輛出入登記車牌，很方便！酒店早餐也很不錯，豐富且味道都還不錯，早餐紅薯雞蛋都好吃，還有玉米油條麪窩，粉面熱乾麪也有。下次來了還會再訂。

辦理入住時，前台小姐姐貼心的提醒我有深夜食堂，晚上餓了，還可以去餐廳吃宵夜，很暖心，房間乾淨明亮臨近街道，樓下還有商場，位於市中心，去哪裡都很方便，推薦推薦

這家酒店就在商場的寫字樓裏，停商場的停車場，從酒店可以直接到商場，逛街吃飯很方便。商場裏面還有個超市，挺大。酒店早餐挺好，雖然品種不是很多，但日常所需都能滿足，還可以叫廚房下牛肉麪，熱乾麪，分量大味道好。這次帶孩子來的，這家還提供了小童洗漱用品和拖鞋，非常貼心。感到不足的就是馬桶不是智能馬桶，房間裏的智能化還有待提高，有些設施略微有一點點老舊。不過我來之前也反覆對比了其他地方的酒店，他們家是吃飯購物最方便的，而且提供小童用品的。所以就毫不猶豫選了他家。
