Shenxianju Narada Resort & Spa

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the North Gate of Shenxianju. The air quality in the surrounding area is fresh, with high levels of negative ions – truly a natural oxygen bar. The front desk staff were very thoughtful; they not only processed our check-in but also booked our Shenxianju tour for the next day. It's incredibly convenient for visiting Shenxianju. There are shuttle buses at the North Gate that take you to the South Gate. You can enter through the South Gate, explore the main attractions along the way, and then exit via the North Gate, making it easy to get back to the hotel and save energy.

This is a standard hotel experience. The location is great; we even had time to visit Shenxianju after checking in at 1 PM. Breakfast is more Chinese-style, with fruit and yogurt, but no black tea or coffee. Unfortunately, the hotel's EV charging system had issues, so my car didn't charge.

The hotel is conveniently located near attractions, making sightseeing easy. The overall service was great, and the price we paid in late March was quite reasonable, probably because it was the off-season. Breakfast was a bit simple, but still good, good, good, good. Definitely recommended!

The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The hotel is right next to the North Gate of the scenic area, with a lovely environment. It was great to sit on the balcony, have some tea, chat, and enjoy the view. The front desk service was excellent.

I arrived in the evening and was upgraded to a superior twin room during check-in. It had a balcony and a nice view. You can see the mountains right from the hotel entrance. The North Gate of the scenic area is just down the slope, and there's a 5 RMB shuttle bus that goes directly to the South Gate. It's very convenient to go up from the South Gate and down from the North Gate to get back to the hotel.

This was my first time experiencing a Narada Hotel quite like this. It calls itself a resort, but the cleanliness and service were more on par with a typical motel. The reception was just a single desk, and on a rainy day, I had to haul all my luggage in myself, which was fine, I guess. But the hygiene in the room was truly disappointing. There was still a hair tie from the previous guest hanging in the shower, and no labels for hot or cold water, so I had to guess. The magnifying mirror still had fingerprints on it, the hand soap dispenser had a thick green layer around the nozzle, and there was black mold along the edges of the sink. The only upside is its proximity to the scenic area's North Gate.

Fantastic location, right by the north gate of the scenic area, with great views and fresh air. Breakfast and front desk service were both excellent. It seems the cleaning staff might have forgotten to replace the towels during housekeeping. The restaurant was decent, nothing special.

Located right at the foot of Beimen Mountain, we arrived at 11 AM, and since our room wasn't ready, we headed straight to the scenic area to explore. It wasn't crowded that day, and the quieter upper and lower sections of Beimen were really pleasant. We checked in around 4:30 PM, then relaxed in the room with a bath and some TV. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows, offering partial mountain views of the scenic area. The morning sun breaking through the mountains was truly beautiful. In the evening, you can stargaze on the hotel's lawn. For improvement, I'd suggest making the breakfast more substantial; there really wasn't much choice.

The Shenxianju Hotel boasts an excellent location, right at the entrance to the scenic area. The front desk staff upgraded our room, which was spacious and had a small balcony perfect for enjoying tea and the view. The hotel's dining was also good. Our package included tickets to the scenic area, and Shenxianju itself is incredibly beautiful and pleasant. I'd love to visit again!
