The location of the hotel is very good. It is easy to find by car. There is a free parking space in front of the door. I have always thought this hotel is very good. The whole hotel smells of lavender. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. The breakfast was rich and fresh. I especially like the beautiful lady working at the front desk. She was so warm and generous that it was hard to say goodbye. The first impression is that it is clean and beautiful, and the room is very quiet and warm to live in, and the service is very good. The room attendants are also very nice, and the breakfast aunt is also very enthusiastic. I will stay here again in the future. It is highly recommended and very cost-effective!

Hotel is very new and room size is good,swimming pool and gym are good,unfortunately the pool starts only at 9am. Breakfast was fantastic,good varieties of choices of food.

It is a nice hotel within walking distance to the city walls. The bed and pillows are really comfy. Breakfast selection is limited but tasty. What really stands out is the exceptional service of the reception staff and also kudos to the female chef at breakfast who is patient with our vegetarian requirement. The only thing is the wifi is pretty weak and breaks often.

The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. Beautiful place! Would love to come again! Everything was amazing

We had a load of laundry to do but time was short for us. One of the hotel crew FangFang, willingly helped us washed and dry our laundry and put it back in our room, dropping us a handwritten note. It was a very nice gesture from her and she didn't want anything in return. We felt touched by her actions and just wanted to give a shout out to her good service. Hotel is excellent in terms of cleaniless and location. Room space is big too.

It’s a great value for Money, the room was quite spacious and the service was good, the check-in was also quick and the staff was very helpful. Parking is also very convenient and it’s located at a place where you have enough options for a restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if needed. Only thing I would improve is the quality of tissues.
