Worst service, worst amenities , never experienced such a bad experience before in recent times.
Infrastructure is good, but treated wrong.
Trip.com to be blamed to offer such low graded hotels
This hotel doesn’t have standard of a low grade budget hotel, forget about Four stars.
My request to fellow travellers. Don’t waste your money to book such a hotel to lose your money, mood and energy ! Staff don’t care guests, you can hardly find staff to attend.
Lobby was mess , with lot of repair work and dusts.
Stinky Room, dirty carpet.
Amenities are worse than any low grade motels…
Worn and old towels!
It’s not even worth 100rmb !!
If trip.com can verify the hotel before they offer to guests, one wouldn’t have faced such issues.

The bathroom is also top shower very clean and hygienic.

But because of the older hotel, many light controls are broken.

週末出來轉轉，選了這家東谷湖老牌酒店來住，也是第一次住東谷湖～體驗還不錯。服務：前台服務態度很好，早餐時間告知很清楚。拖鞋、牙刷是入住的時候前台給的。房間設施：整個酒店一共5層，正好房間臨街，也很安靜房間還挺大的，裝修看着也還可以。穿衣鏡很大，掛衣服的空問也大。衞生間比較豪華，

衹有標房和大床房，還有複式，所以好選的很多，也沒有
升房不升房的説法性價比：挺高的，會員價三百多，不算寧波市
區，但周邊吃喝玩也不少枕頭和床很舒服，wiFi信號強，空調好評，非常暖和，進屋就可以夏天裝束停車場不大，但基本都能找到車位，可惜每次出場都要前台掃碼領券很麻煩，不像喜來登可以直接登記進去餐廳菜品挺豐富，各式都有，就是沒什麼變化，連住一週的話，吃飯有點無聊
