Renaissance Xiamen Hotel

The hotel environment is good. There is a nice indoor swimming pool and beautiful territory outside. The registration took us too long, they asked to sit and wait for 30 minutes to scan the passports. I wish they could provide the welcome drink at the bar while we were waiting for the receptionist. Also I wish there were some welcome snacks as fruits in the room. There are no drinks or snacks in the fridge. In the room was cold because of the rainy day so I wanted to use the air conditioner for 30 degrees to hit the room up but it didn't work because they have limit to 22 degrees which is weird to me. The breakfast is just ok, very few options for dessert, only baked sweets, no cheesecake or the ice cream which is disappointing to me. Generally is it a good option for staying, I would only recommend improve wellcome service and upgrade the breakfast options.

Zhongshan Road and Ferry Area
Seeing the hotel's applet, I found out that it was originally a hotel of Xiangyu Group. The experience was very good, the room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the lighting was bright, the lighting was excellent, the sound insulation was not noisy at all, and I would recommend it with friends later. I have the opportunity to book again. The only minor flaw is that there is only a pair of sofas and tables on the second floor of the loft, which feels lo but not completely lo

It was a lovely stay as I planned a birthday trip to Xiamen for my wife. The concierge team Yolanda/Jack made our whole experience wonderful and unforgettable - a proper setup of the room/a bunch of beautiful rose/nice cake and everything the hotel did was way beyond my expectation and a truly remarkable birthday to remember. Will recommend it to any friends who are traveling to Xiamen - the hotel is A++

Xiamen University/South Putuo
To me the hotel seemed like a really pleasant and quiet place, I didn't hear any noise at night. The room was very clean, a good mattress and pillows. The beach is around a 10 minutes walk away. The pool is good but there are no sunchairs which was a disappointment because I planned to sunbathe near it. Breakfast was not bad with many options to choose from (mostly Chinese food but there was pastry, fruit and vegetables, baguette, bacon, German sausages and fried eggs).

The location is not near the main attractions, but it is still about 20-30 minutes away from the airport and Xiamen High-speed Railway Station. My daughter likes the room very much. The hotel staff's service is very good and the price is high.

The service is very good, the service is very good, the store has introduced us to where the facilities in the store are, the front desk girl is very good-looking and gentle, the efficiency is very high when needed, the phone has not been hung up, the girl recommended me to the beach to go out and turn right for a few hundred meters. There are beach camping, singers singing, beach sunset music is very atmospheric, the hotel rooftop scenery can be, that is, the wind is relatively large. The only inconvenience is that there is an uphill road in, but if you take a taxi, you can drive directly to the top, and you don’t need to climb. It is indeed quiet in the last row and sleeps very well. This hotel is very cost-effective in Xiamen. Xiamen prices are quite high. Going out to eat a bowl of noodles is more than 30, the hotel's buffet breakfast is only 28 people, it is good, will come next time.
