Very nice, the house is halfway up the mountain. The scenery is really nice. suddenly see the light. There are mountains and seas. The room was also very clean. The supporting disposable supplies are all complete. The central air conditioner is also very convenient, much better than other air conditioners. The handsome guy at the front desk also had a very nice attitude. Very nice people. grateful. We will stay here again next time we come. Recommend to everyone~

Hi 李先生, Thank you very much on 26th March 2024 in the morning to help me and my husband to reschedule our flights from Xiamen International airport back to Singapore. You spent almost 1 hour helping us to call Xiamen Airline to work out the details and patiently helped us on the payment mode which we were not familiar with. You were so kind to share your mobile data via hotspot with my husband's mobile phone during the 1 hour. Both of us were sick and needed to return home, you stepped in with so much patience to help us. We appreciated your kindness extended to us on 26th March 2024. Let's talk about it first, first of all, the service of the staff is very good. The front desk, restaurant, guest room, engineering and technicians, etc., are very enthusiastic and have no problems. Secondly, the hotel hardware, such as the items in the room, the food in the restaurant, etc., is also very thoughtful and meticulous. The above two points are fine, very good, thank you very much. Besides, it is not easy to say bad things, not to discredit or exaggerate, and it is not easy to say the real experience. Since it is a new hotel, it is inevitable that the software needs to be run-in. First, the service staff on the phone has an error in answering the room questions, and the information held by the room service staff is asymmetric. For example, how to open and close the windows of the room, whether there is a razor, etc., the business needs to be familiar. Second, the original room air conditioning is good, hot and cold can be operated, one night the room has two sudden power outages black lights, and then the air conditioner magically blows the hot air, turn off the power and even pull out the room card is still blowing. In the end, the technicians should have dealt with it elsewhere. The conclusion is that the air conditioner does not blow, no matter how it is turned on, no matter the hot and cold air. I originally booked just one night for a room with 'no window'. Upon arrival, they gave me a room with a small window but with a wonderful view outside. So I immediately extended my stay to 3 nights. A soaring office tower nearby put on a fantastic lights show every night. The room was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities included. Lots of local buses and BRT buses right around the corner with many fascinating shops & eateries. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give my thanks to two particular staff, Ms. Chen Mei 陈梅 & Ms. Lisa Lee Xia 李霞. They both went above and beyond during my stay to help me with many things, from purchasing Gulangyu ferry ticket, to helping me to set up my Alipay, WeChat, and other mundane things that normally would make any new visitor from outside of China crazy upon arrival. They both were very sweet, courteous, professional and efficient. They made my stay in Xiamen very enjoyable and easy to maneuver. The other male staff are also very friendly. Lastly, did I say Echeng Hotel has a robot server? I saw it one night delivering dinner from the ground floor to a room on the 6th floor and then returned to the ground floor lobby by itself. Very cool!

The staff was very friendly, sweet, and helpful, gave me tips, and helped me get around 蓝莓 was incredibly helpful and patient with my poor chinese! I had an amazing experience and enjoyed so much, I will definitely to back! The food was tasty, the hotel is beautiful, clean and conviniently located near the sky and sea trail; the atmosphere is juvenile and fun.
