Renaissance Xiamen Hotel

Renaissance Xiamen Hotel was nothing short of bliss! Staff were polite and helpful, room was gorgeously luxurious with an unforgettable sea view from the balcony! It is worth mentioning the hot tub with a big window facing the sea, it was my favorite part of the room. It is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Xiamen. The hotel is clean and beautiful! There are two swimming pools - indoor and outdoor, gym, SPA and sauna. The territory of the hotel is pretty big, full of plants and flowers, plus there are many places where guests can have a rest by sitting in one of the gazebos with table and soft chairs. The buffet breakfast was okay, but in other hotels the variety of food was richer. I guess this is the only things I would improve in this hotel. The rest is all perfect!

It was a lovely stay as I planned a birthday trip to Xiamen for my wife. The concierge team Yolanda/Jack made our whole experience wonderful and unforgettable - a proper setup of the room/a bunch of beautiful rose/nice cake and everything the hotel did was way beyond my expectation and a truly remarkable birthday to remember. Will recommend it to any friends who are traveling to Xiamen - the hotel is A++

A light luxury homestay. There is a rooftop coffee on the roof. You can see the sea view. It is a red check-in point. The dining is integrated. The breakfast is also very exquisite! There is an amusement park in the homestay. It is too friendly to parents and children! I have to say that every corner is very filmed.

I fancy it is a hotel that has not been opened for a long time, thinking that the facilities should be relatively new and clean. Stayed for 3 nights, there are good and bad. Let's talk about it first, first of all, the service of the staff is very good. The front desk, restaurant, guest room, engineering and technicians, etc., are very enthusiastic and have no problems. Secondly, the hotel hardware, such as the items in the room, the food in the restaurant, etc., is also very thoughtful and meticulous. The above two points are fine, very good, thank you very much. Besides, it is not easy to say bad things, not to discredit or exaggerate, and it is not easy to say the real experience. Since it is a new hotel, it is inevitable that the software needs to be run-in. First, the service staff on the phone has an error in answering the room questions, and the information held by the room service staff is asymmetric. For example, how to open and close the windows of the room, whether there is a razor, etc., the business needs to be familiar. Second, the original room air conditioning is good, hot and cold can be operated, one night the room has two sudden power outages black lights, and then the air conditioner magically blows the hot air, turn off the power and even pull out the room card is still blowing. In the end, the technicians should have dealt with it elsewhere. The conclusion is that the air conditioner does not blow, no matter how it is turned on, no matter the hot and cold air. The third is a small problem, because of the two power outages, it should be the system is messed up, the switch of electric curtains and gauze curtains is reversed, press the curtain button gauze curtain, press the curtain button curtain move. Fourth, I fancy an indoor swimming pool. The result is very different from what was expected. The first is that it is built in the second floor parking lot. When you get out of the elevator, you should pay attention to the traffic. Secondly, the facilities are too simple, such as wardrobes, bathrooms, toilets, swimming pool-related equipment, and the level of the hotel does not match at all, and even looks like the hotel's pool. Again, the water is very cold, and I dare not go for the second time after swimming. Please be cautious for guests with swimming needs. Overall, the hotel is very good, thank you very much for the service provided during the stay.

The staff was very friendly, sweet, and helpful, gave me tips, and helped me get around 蓝莓 was incredibly helpful and patient with my poor chinese! I had an amazing experience and enjoyed so much, I will definitely to back! The food was tasty, the hotel is beautiful, clean and conviniently located near the sky and sea trail; the atmosphere is juvenile and fun.
