Location: Right near Zhongshan Road, within walking distance to the commercial area, super convenient for seafood and night markets. Getting to the Botanical Garden and ferry terminal by taxi is also quick, making travel stress-free. Cleanliness: The room felt fresh and clean as soon as I walked in, with no strange odors. The bedding and bathroom were spotless, with excellent attention to detail. I felt very comfortable staying here. Service: Check-in to check-out was very smooth. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and even upgrading our room – so thoughtful! Facilities: All the room's amenities were new. The air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep, comparable to a high-end hotel. Overall, fantastic value for money. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xiamen!

I have been to Xiamen several times. This is my first time staying in Jimei District. The hotel is about 20-25 minutes from the airport. There is a night market nearby. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. There are several stalls that are also delicious. I also bought delicious braised food from the Eight Market. *** However, I originally booked a non-smoking room. As soon as I entered the room, I could smell the smoke and there was an ashtray. However, the guy at the counter immediately helped me change the room. The WIFI connection was very fast.

The rooms were all satisfactory, and the front desk was very helpful in accommodating our requests for adjustments. Housekeeping was also quite good. The only thing that was annoying was that our clean clothes were taken by the hotel's chef and put into the dirty laundry basket while he was washing his own clothes. That was really frustrating. Initially, I didn't realize it was the hotel chef, but at the breakfast buffet, I discovered it was a hotel staff member. And when I asked him to cook some noodles, his attitude was very impatient.

The room was a good size and the service was good, I didn't dry my clothes the night before as I was running out of time. Then I trouble the guy at the front desk to help me send the dried clothes back to the room. The environment is also very clean, and it is convenient to eat snacks and drink at food stalls nearby.
