Customer service was excellent. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They could also wash your clothes for free if you needed it. Hot water was very good, and the room was clean. There were some additional bottles of water available in case you finished your 2 bottles which were provided in the room.
The location was very convenient. I took BRT from airport and got off at Douxi Rd and then walked less than 10 minutes to get to the hotel. There were a lot of eateries and 2 super markets along the street.
I recommend this hotel.
Desperately Seeking Adventure

At first glance the hotel looked fine, the reception looked bright and well presented but that’s where the good feelings ended. I wasn’t expecting a lot but really what I received was below that level, much below the most basic of standards. The walls were marked and dirty, the mattress possessed not a single shred of comfort. After explaining my issue with the guy from reception, they were so kind to switch my room and later found a second mattress protector had been put on to the bed in my room. This was because I spoke Chinese and persisted that the empty rooms had not yet been checked into. They were quick to change this and I appreciated that. I understand that the pandemic has been a shocking time for those who are in the hotel business but this property needs a complete overhaul. I had no fault with the staff but the management would do well to make the rooms more comfortable, the staff don’t deserve disgruntled customers.

Although I gave this hotel full marks out of the four default reviews, it was because there was a small gift after leaving and the young lady at the front desk and the handsome guys were very enthusiastic. Also, it’s not too far from Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. If you exercise regularly, you can walk there at any time. However, there are so many areas that the hotel needs to improve on. First, the soundproofing is not good, and everyone next door knows what is going on. Secondly, the bathroom equipment is really worth one star. There is no separation between wet and dry rooms, and the equipment is aging in a mess. Third, I’m not really a picky person, but the mattress is really hard to say enough.
I sincerely recommend that the owner really upgrades the facilities.
