Not only was there a well-organized shuttle service for the concert, but when we returned to the hotel at night, we also received thoughtful fruit and dessert! The room was also very spacious with great views, complete facilities, and the staff were very proactive! 👍

Even more surprisingly, when I returned late at night, the room was stocked with little snacks, instantly washing away the fatigue from the festivities. This kind of 'being looked after' warmth truly shows how much care the hotel puts in. 🧳 Seamless Room Change, Attention to Detail Shines 🧳 Halfway through my stay, I needed to change rooms due to a schedule adjustment. The front desk proactively arranged for luggage assistance, making the entire process smooth and efficient. The staff consistently wore genuine smiles, which is truly rare to find.

I chose this hotel for a concert, mainly because of their excellent shuttle service to and from the venue – it was really thoughtful! After the show, returning to my room, I even found a small snack and a handwritten card, which was a lovely touch. The facilities and hygiene were up to normal Hyatt standards. It's located in a residential area, connected to a mall with plenty of dining options. The lake is also just a 10-minute walk away, making it quite convenient overall. The only minor hiccup was that the toilet tended to clog, but the staff were very quick to respond and fix it.

This hotel is perfectly located right by Wuyuan Bay. It's a fantastic hotel, and they even upgraded us to a bay view room with incredible panoramic views. The service was very responsive, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied. Highly recommend staying here!

Came to Xiamen for Wang Leehom's concert and chose the Grand Hyatt because of its proximity and location in a commercial area. The hotel service was excellent. They had a dedicated shuttle service to and from the concert venue. Jimmy from the concierge team followed up throughout, enthusiastically arranged a room upgrade and complimentary snacks. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Xiamen!

Specifically flew to Xiamen for Wang Leehom's concert, the "best place." Choosing to stay at the Hyatt Regency Wuyuan Bay was an incredibly wise decision! The hotel thoughtfully arranged a complimentary shuttle bus service between the hotel and the Olympic Sports Center concert venue. The shuttle could drive directly into the venue, saving us the hassle of waiting for taxis. It was incredibly convenient! On both the way there and back, Leehom's songs were playing on a loop in the bus, and free water was provided when we boarded after the concert. In the evening, the room also received complimentary late-night snacks, accompanied by a handwritten card, showing immense sincerity and providing great emotional value! I had stayed at Hyatt Regency Wuyuan Bay before for a business trip, but this experience truly exceeded all expectations! Will definitely come again!

The only downside is that transportation nearby isn't very convenient unless you're taking a taxi.

From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff at the entrance immediately opened our car doors with a smile, took our luggage, and wheeled it to the front desk. When we left, they proactively loaded our luggage into the trunk and bid us a polite farewell. Every time we left or returned, we were greeted with a smile and a bow; it felt incredibly warm and personal. During check-in, the front desk staff inquired about our preferences and tried their best to accommodate them when assigning our room, even giving us a commemorative teddy bear. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to and from the concert. I was particularly impressed when they offered us water as we boarded the shuttle after the concert. They thoughtfully prepared snacks and fruit and placed them in our room in advance, which was super considerate. Even the cleaning staff were very friendly and meticulous. Words can't fully express how many thoughtful touches there were. This experience completely exceeded our expectations and significantly enhanced our entire trip. In summary, I highly recommend it!
