Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Someone from the hotel will pick up and drop off the luggage at the pier. The front desk said that we booked a room on Ctrip and took the initiative to upgrade the room, which was larger than the booked room. The hotel restaurant also did a good job for dinner. Areas for improvement: 1. In terms of politeness, the waiters did not take the initiative to greet guests; 2. The waiters in the restaurant were not skilled in serving meals.

The hotel service was very good. We stayed at a B&B on the island the day before and booked Lin's Mansion Hotel the next day. The two hotels were more than 1 kilometer apart. We contacted the hotel with the intention of giving it a try. Unexpectedly, the hotel helped us solve the problem of luggage transportation. When we left, they also helped us deliver our luggage to the pier. Due to negligence, we forgot our ID cards in the room, and the hotel sent someone to deliver them to the pier quickly. Thank you very much! Such a hotel is worthy of being a five-star hotel.

A very satisfactory hotel. As soon as I got on the island, they helped me pick up my luggage. When I left, my luggage was also delivered to the pier. The hotel has a very Republican style and also provides cheongsam photo taking. I left my facial cleanser at the hotel, and the hotel sent me a new one. It was great.
