the worst grand mercure I’ve ever stayed, got bitten by bed bugs all over my hand and leg, the room has moldy smell, and a bit humid, the receptionist and the hotel stuff can’t speak english at all, seriously an accor group hotel?!

Hotel in the center of XM, near subway station, great location. Room is small and good but noise isolation is terrible. I could hear shower and toilets flushing next room! I would stay again next time.

100m from the metro station, very convenient. There are some nice food around.......... a good dim sum restaurant at (another IHG) Holiday Inn 400m away. Overall nicely maintained rooms. The only downside for me was the smoking room given to me.

This was my third time to the city and second time to the the same hotel…I have to admit the first time was a little challenging with the language as I don’t speak a word of mandating but this time it was top notch!! The front desk has been more then helpful ! With the easy check in n upgrade she made my stay very comfortable. I’ll back soon !😊
