GuangLai Hotel (Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center)

The hotel gym is well-equipped. It's nice to pop in for a workout when I have some free time. There's also a laundry room right next door, so I can drop off my clothes there and then head back to my room after my workout. The facilities are pretty good, especially the front desk staff – the ladies there are very patient and helpful. This is my second stay, and overall, the experience has been great with excellent service. Highly recommend!

The hotel has all the amenities, especially the laundry room and gym which are conveniently located on the third floor. The restaurant is on the second floor, and the front desk service was good. Overall, it was a decent experience!

The hotel facilities are all complete, and toiletries are provided. The hairdryer is in a box above the sink in the bathroom. Check-in was very hassle-free, and there's a coffee machine, creamer, and stirrers in the lobby. The front desk lady provided excellent service; check-in was thorough, and she even helped upgrade our room type. Thumbs up!

The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive! The front desk even has spare band-aids and thermometers. Any issues, and the front desk will resolve them with an excellent attitude. They even upgraded our room upon check-in. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent, especially the ladies at the front desk and the lobby manager. We were a group of over ten people, and the room arrangements were perfect! The breakfast was rich and varied, the transportation was convenient, and there was a huge parking lot! It was easy to get to any attraction. The laundry room was also very clean and tidy. You can tell it's very well managed! 👍🏻

The Mercure hotel was clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk was very nice and responsible. She even proactively offered water while I was waiting for my car, showing excellent service awareness. I'll definitely book here again next time.
