Hotel Indigo XIAMEN HARBOUR by IHG

Although the hotel is a bit old, everything else was good except for the restaurant service, which was just okay.

I was transiting through Xiamen this time and, by chance, my flight got rebooked due to a typhoon. So, I decided to stay a night and revisited Indigo, a hotel I stayed at many years ago. Its location is truly excellent, so I decisively chose it again. My biggest impression this time was the incredibly amazing service, even better than I remembered! The front desk ladies were super patient and helpful. A special thanks to Coco, whose service was truly outstanding. Due to some external factors, she immediately helped me resolve the issue and upgraded my room, which I really appreciate. Even though there are so many new hotels in Xiamen now, I will definitely choose to stay at Indigo again on my next visit.

The room, as always, beautifully showcased local cultural characteristics. Our butler, Coco, contacted me a day in advance and provided thoughtful service throughout our stay. The cleanliness and facilities were excellent. The concierge staff were also very enthusiastic and proactive in offering assistance. And let's not forget the unbeatable sea view!

The room was clean and tidy, and the view from the window was stunning, directly facing Gulangyu Island. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, assisting with luggage as soon as we arrived and readily addressing all our reasonable requests. We had a very pleasant stay.

A perfect stay! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, the room was spotless with no strange smells, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept wonderfully. Zizi was warm, attentive, and responsive. Overall, the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent! Our butler, Zizi, was incredibly enthusiastic. She not only handled our check-in quickly but also recommended many authentic local snacks, making our experience truly amazing. The room view was fantastic too!
