I had an excellent stay at Zijin Hotel Xiamen. The hotel offers outstanding value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay both relaxing and convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. With its combination of affordability, comfort, and great service, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xiamen.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new. Hygiene: Very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. Environment: Clean and tidy, and very quiet. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. They kindly upgraded our room for free and even recommended visiting the nearby night market, where we enjoyed some delicious BBQ. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for a transit stay. It offers free airport shuttle service (it's very close to the airport), quiet rooms, and comfortable bedding. We had a great rest, which really helped shake off the fatigue from a long flight.

The room was fully equipped with plenty of amenities, and the double vanity in the bathroom was very convenient. There were also hooks and storage space for clothes. They even offer airport pick-up and drop-off service, and the hotel staff provided excellent service!

The hotel staff were also very warm and friendly; they even upgraded my room and gave me coffee vouchers that I could exchange for ice cream, which was perfect for summer. The work area was comfortable too.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have also written several positive reviews. However, the staff member responsible for airport pickup has now changed. This employee seemed unable to understand that foreign guests may not speak Chinese. Because he was not checking WeChat, I called him and repeatedly told him that I do not speak Chinese and could not understand what he was saying, and that he should contact me through WeChat instead, then ended the call. However, he still did not check WeChat and kept calling me, trying to speak Chinese over the phone. Eventually, since nothing was working, I kept speaking in Korean, and only then did he seem to realize that communication was impossible, after which he finally contacted me through WeChat. The hotel said that this employee was new and that they would provide him with further training. However, he seemed to strongly prefer communicating by phone in Chinese. I do not know whether I will stay at this hotel again in the future. If I do, I will say that I have a hearing disability.(我有听力障碍.) If any foreigners are planning to stay at this hotel and use the airport pickup service, it may be much easier to say that you have a hearing disability rather than trying to explain that you are a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese.

When I checked in, they proactively asked if I needed airport transfer and even offered the service as early as 5 AM, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff are very thoughtful and will help with your luggage. There are welcome coffee vouchers, and they even offer a late-night snack! It's an ideal stopover for business trips and travel.

Lots of mosquitoes here. Even with mosquito coils, they didn't really help, and I still got bitten. They should provide two coils and place them diagonally, especially since the room is quite big. What's even stranger is that there were mosquitoes in the elevator too! On the bright side, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The laundry room was convenient, and they even offered complimentary airport drop-off, which was a huge plus. The late-night snacks were delicious too. One small issue though: if you change your check-in date, the breakfast option disappears from your Ctrip order, which was a bit disappointing. 💔
