温馨、雅緻、整潔、舒心
到民宿老闆很熱心為我們指引停車，因訂的標間在一樓，父母是北方人不適應南方的濕熱，店家又免費升級了房間，出門老闆又給我們一張小卡片並熱心講解到各處景點該如何出行。民宿離廈大很近，坐公交一會就到，周邊有餐廳和小超市很方便，想去海灘走一站路就到了，下次如有機會一定再去入住。

民宿坐落在城中村裡，周邊很多類似的民宿，出來不遠有便利店餐飲，交通方便但不方便停車，民宿門口巷子能勉強停兩輛，車技不佳或者車比較大的還是建議停在外面。房型面積不算大，勝在安靜舒適，有陽台可以晾曬衣物。房間衞生及細節方面還需加強，比如空調上有蜘蛛網，空調出風口比較臟，床墊保護膜衹是撕開未完全去除，導致睡覺時有異響。建議淋浴房牆角安裝置物架，方便放洗面奶沐浴露洗髮水。住的房間一側窗户靠走廊一側靠陽台，有點不太方便。一樓衞生間有蹲便器，好評！整體來説還是可以的，房東小姐姐也很熱情，有求必應。沒怎麼拍照片，衹拍了需要改進的地方。

視頻拍的太短了，沒法上傳。不過照片完全是實拍圖片。
環境：位置屬於城中村，離海邊很近，步行幾分鐘就到了。沿海邊向南步行是環島路最美的一段：珍珠灣、白城沙灘、廈門大學、演武大橋、胡里山炮台、雙子塔走路就可抵達。
交通便利，路邊就有公交站，可以到達植物園、集美學村、曾厝安等景點。
就是房間隔音不太好，推拉窗密封性不行，隔壁説話和小孩哭都聽得清清楚楚，如果做好隔音簡直就完美了。
衞生：房間很乾凈，桌面一點灰塵都沒有，尤其是衞生間面盆和蹲坑乾乾淨淨，住着放心。
服務：店家服務態度都好，有什麼需求都及時解決：大床房換了雙床房，活動空間寬裕、北方人不適應南方的濕冷還送來了毯子。
總之，是物美價廉，比較滿意的體驗。
