Subo Yun Hotel （Ferry Terminal Xiamen Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street）

We drove to Xiamen to visit Gulangyu Island and arrived at the hotel around 7 PM. It was dark, and we couldn't find the parking lot. We called the front desk, and Jingjing, who was very enthusiastic, immediately sent us the exact location of the parking lot, which was very close to the hotel. To find the hotel parking lot, navigate to: Su Bai Yun Hotel Parking (internal use only). It's down the small alley in front of the hotel, *not* the one directly opposite the hotel! The hotel is quite close to Ba Shi Market and Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, about a 10-minute walk for us. For our trip to Gulangyu the next day, we were able to check out and leave our car in the hotel parking lot, then pick it up in the afternoon. We opted to check out in the morning and drive to Dongdu Ferry Terminal parking, which was reasonably priced at 18 yuan for 4 hours. The room size wasn't huge but felt cozy, and it was quiet at night, which was great for sleeping. Two minor drawbacks: 1. The wardrobe door was a bit old, making a noise when opened and closed. 2. Even with all the lights on, the room wasn't very bright; the lighting was more on the cozy, dim side. Overall, I was satisfied.

The hotel front desk offered excellent laundry service. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel facilities, especially the restaurant's breakfast, offered a wide variety of choices. The front desk facilities were also comprehensive, and the transportation was very convenient.

Dian Dian (the staff member) has an excellent service attitude; she handled both my check-in and check-out.

The hotel facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean, the breakfast is delicious, the surrounding environment is very elegant, the front desk service is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and parking is free. The hotel facilities and equipment are all well-equipped.

This hotel made my trip! First of all, the front desk lady was incredibly nice, with a sweet and welcoming voice. She even arranged breakfast for us. Later, the cleaning staff helped tidy up our messy room and even folded our clothes, which was a wonderful surprise. For the price, this service far exceeded our expectations! The location is also very convenient; taking a taxi to nearby attractions was quick and inexpensive. There are also great food options nearby.

The hotel is newly renovated with great attention to detail. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. It's not far from Zhongshan Road and very convenient for getting to other attractions. Looking forward to my trip to Xiamen!

Excellent service, convenient location, and a great sense of cleanliness. The appearance was very nice, and the facilities were well-equipped and in good condition. Everything was great!

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. There were many great places to eat right downstairs and it was very close to Zhongshan Road and the Eighth Market. If I come to Xiamen again, I will definitely stay here. The front desk service was very thoughtful and I really appreciate it.

I arrived at the hotel around 3 PM to check in, but my room wasn't ready. After waiting for over ten minutes, I finally got into my room, only to find it very small. There were hairs on the bed and some small black specks, which I couldn't identify. I tried calling the front desk, but they didn't answer and then hung up. After that, my phone kept buzzing non-stop. I also messaged them on WeChat but received no response. The toilet and shower area were both extremely cramped.
