Hotel is conveniently located, and it is easy to get around with buses and metro. We took the metro to see the beautiful sunset in Jimei Village. Rooms are clean and functional. We enjoyed our breakfast at the 34th floor restaurant, which has a nice view of the lake and city.

Hampton Hotel is one of the Top Class Hotel in the world. The staffs are friendly and approachable. We are fascinated by the Hotel Room equipped with AI Function, which by using Voice Command to adjust Lightings, Air-conditioning Temperature & Window Curtain. Likewise, a Robot Delivery Man which delivers your packet food to your Hotel Room personally. It's an amazing experience! Keep up the good work!

The 3-days stay is great but the service maybe can be better.

We stayed 3 nights in Hampton by Hilton Hubin South Xiamen in January 2025 after attending a wedding event in ChaoShan . It’s a newly refurbished hotel and we were attracted to the morning breakfast served at  level 34 Revolving restaurant. Generally the hotel interior is modern breezy in design and rooms are clean. The only drawback is that shower room, toilet and wash basin has an open concept design thereby privacy is compromised. Front office housekeeping and restaurant are polite and helpful  Breakfast spread is wide and we enjoyed our breakfast during our 3 nights stay

Excellent Service provided by the staffs. The staffs attended to me offers clear and precise guidance whenever I seek their assistance.

A lot of waiting time at the hotel lift. The Hilton honor card is not accepted.

Nice stay with this new hotel

Huanpeng is an old chain hotel with a good reputation. This hotel was newly renovated in 2004. It is said that it was renovated from the original Minnan Building, which means it is an old building with new renovation. I chose a parent-child room, which is on a high floor with a good environment. I had breakfast on the top floor in the revolving restaurant. I didn't take many photos, but I took a few photos of the view outside the window during breakfast. There are several problems with the facilities. 1. The sound insulation is poor. The sound of people talking outside the room is very loud, especially the room is close to the elevator. The delivery robot has to go back and forth many times at night, and it talks very clearly while walking. 2. There is a problem with the arrangement of the pipes. I don’t know if it is the next door or the upstairs. The pipes make a loud noise when using water. Fortunately, there are not many people washing, otherwise it would be noisy. This is a flaw. 3. The bathroom in the parent-child room has no door, which is too weird. The bathroom area is very large, but they just don’t install a door. When you go to the toilet at night, the sound and light affect the room. The most weird thing is this automatic toilet. The power and sound of the water pumping are very loud. It feels like it will pump people away together. The new decoration of the old building has flaws and unreasonable designs. I am a little disappointed with Huanpeng.

The room is good, but the breakfast coffee/corn flakes are not good! For example. 1) On the first day, I found that the canned corn flakes were not fried (fried stiff), half-cooked, and I couldn't bite them. I thought I made a mistake! I raised my doubts to the chef, but he didn't have the knowledge in this area and didn't know whether the corn flakes were cooked. He explained that they were distributed uniformly by the headquarters. He didn't say "sorry, customer" 2) At 7:05 the next morning, the corn flakes were gone, and I forgot to put milk in the refrigerator next to the automatic coffee machine. I clicked the latte button and found that no milk came out. I asked the waitress, and she said that she forgot to put milk. You can use the hot milk jug next to it! Then she added a box of milk in the refrigerator next to the coffee machine. There was no "sorry, customer" (there was also chaos in front of the coffee machine for breakfast on the first day. I found that the machine was short of coffee beans, and a group of people were using the coffee machine in a mess.) - I didn't expect that the breakfast western food management of Hampton Inn was so messy and so poor! I specially took a photo of the coffee machine without milk to record it! Sorry for this new Hilton brand! The breakfast service is far worse than the Hampton Hotel service I have stayed in Suzhou and other places! The price is much higher. If you like western food/coffee for breakfast, I suggest you go there in 6 months. I think the service level of the restaurant (western food) will be normal by then!

The temperature in the room is too high and the air conditioner cannot be adjusted. When it is turned on, it is warm air, but when it is turned off, it does not dissipate heat. The ventilation position of the window is close to the ground and there is no way to get air. At the beginning, the front desk said that the central setting can only heat but not cool or blow air. When I asked for a fan, there was only one in the hotel and other rooms asked for it. The outdoor temperature was 18 degrees during the two days of stay, and the temperature in the room was at least 25 or 26 degrees. Due to repeated requests, the front desk told me that it can be switched to air conditioning in the early morning, but it will be switched back to heating mode at 5 o'clock in the morning. So we had to get up at 5 o'clock and turn off the air conditioner. The hotel is good in other aspects, the location is close to the high-speed rail station, the room is clean, and the breakfast is rich.

facility: Wei Hotel has a good environment and good location. The people in Xiaoyu in the front hall are also very nice.

The environment is very good, the facilities are complete, the service is clean and friendly, the view outside the breakfast buffet revolving hall is very good, there are both Chinese and Western food, and the ingredients are rich. Because of the good location, it is very convenient to travel, there is a bus at the door, and if you take the subway, you only need to walk ten minutes.
