Hampton never fails me, loves the room, the services and amenities. Fast and efficient washer and dryer.

Hotel is conveniently located, and it is easy to get around with buses and metro. We took the metro to see the beautiful sunset in Jimei Village.
Rooms are clean and functional. We enjoyed our breakfast at the 34th floor restaurant, which has a nice view of the lake and city.

Breakfast at the top floor was a bonus to enjoy view of Xiamen City and the sea.
No dedicated place in the room to place your bag.
No nearby convenient store and the AC needed to be checked on.

The room is new and well designed. The check-in was easy and welcoming. However, it did not feel particularly clean: strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, fingerprints all over the windows. Also, the shower water pressure was very low sometimes. One major issue was the insane amount of noise: I stayed on 31st floor and from about 8 in the morning on the weekend, there was unbearable noise from the floor above, as if the building is under demolition. Besides that, I had a pleasant stay.

nice hotel facilities except wifi connection, you need a local mobile # to connect for 1 device only. Quite complicated compare to other hotels

Hampton Hotel is one of the Top Class Hotel in the world. The staffs are friendly and approachable. We are fascinated by the Hotel Room equipped with AI Function, which by using Voice Command to adjust Lightings, Air-conditioning Temperature & Window Curtain. Likewise, a Robot Delivery Man which delivers your packet food to your Hotel Room personally. It's an amazing experience! Keep up the good work!

Excellent location, near to Gulangyu. I was upgraded 2 level up and the room is much bigger. Very clean and comfortable. Nice view on top floor where we had our breakfast
