The room was clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient, right next to the subway entrance. The customer service helped me upgrade my room type, and their attitude was excellent. Plus, the price was really reasonable. Highly recommend!

Room very nice, clean comfy with superior quality furnishings (though a nicer carpeting would be better). Location convenient, hotel literally at metro entrance. Woman at breakfast room & cleaning staff were friendly & hard working. One issue that bothered me was the strong cigarette smell that persisted throughout my entire stay, though this was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel.
