This hotel is very good! Service is excellent, the people are friendly and helpful, going the extra mile for customers. The beds and pillows are comfortable, room and hotel are very clean, well-maintained . Hotel is very new and nicely furnished. The location is perfect if you are visiting Jimei University. It is just beside the gate. In front of the hotel is Wanda Mall. The hotel serves good breakfast. They change the menu of the main dishes everyday. There are about 4 vegetables and one meat that changes every day. They also serve good noodles. The hotel has a laundry room. You can wash your clothes for free. The food in the mini bar are all free. They provide drip coffee and leaf tea in the room. The staff are helpful. My aircon won't cool and they went to my room immediately at 3am to change the settings. I highly recommend this hotel.

A truly satisfying stay! This was my third time staying at Atour, and this time I brought my mother with me, sharing a room. The front desk upgraded our room and even granted us a late checkout. Our flight left at 8:00 PM, and thanks to the late checkout, we were able to take a nap and shower before heading to the airport. It was a fantastic experience! Her mother said she'd never slept so soundly! We immediately ordered a pillow, quilt, and eye mask from the Tmall flagship store. The hotel is brand new, the facilities are incredibly user-friendly, and every detail is thoughtfully thought out!

It is said that it is a newly opened Atour ~ the price/performance ratio is very good! Honey water will be provided while waiting for processing, which is very considerate! Although it is newly opened, there is no peculiar smell in the room. The overall decoration of the hotel is simple, bright and warm, allowing guests to put down their tiredness and have a good rest. The supporting facilities in the room are very complete. There is a smart mirror and smart toilet in the bathroom. The button design in the shower room is very reasonable, so there will be no embarrassing situation of getting wet from the head when you want to use the shower. The hotel is also equipped with facilities such as a gym and laundry room. Business trips and family trips can both suit your needs. The breakfast options are also very rich! Highly recommended for everyone to choose!

The hotel service is very good. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was given a cup of tea. The breakfast was also delicious. I was very satisfied. This hotel is near to airport about 10minute. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. Give the best attention to customer needs . Kind and offering their help. I really feel so comfortable to stay this hotel. If i will visit have another transit at Xiamen and definitely will stay this hotel. and hotel room very clean and have free laudry room which is very convenient. The service was absolutely fantastic! Upon check-in, the front desk staff helped us with our children and luggage to our room. When I went to pick up takeout, the staff on duty promptly suggested that a robot could deliver it. Upon check-out, a staff member helped us book a taxi for our airport transfer right from the hotel entrance. The personal and attentive service truly stood out! This was my third visit to Xiamen, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time! The facilities were also great, with laundry facilities (washer and dryer) available. It was quiet at night, ensuring a good rest. Zhongshan Road is right downstairs, and it's super close to Putuo Temple, Sunset Beach, and Shapowei.

Nice place! Easy walk to beach. The hotel grounds are very nice! Only complaint is that shower needs attention. The rest of the hotel is so nice that this can be overlooked. But it’s such an easy / inexpensive fix! Scrape out the caulking and re-do it. Occasionally scrub the grout a little bit, voila, 5 star hotel.
