Right next to Xing Cheng Live Theater (picture below), this hotel is just around the perfect area to start exploring Xi’an! The subway station is super close, around 5 mins walk! Also, the the front desk service is pretty helpful! There’s always someone there to help!👍👍 Finally, the room is quite spacious and comfortable! My 3rd time to Xi’an this year and my 3rd stay at W Xi’an. W maintained their high standards as usual. The room is great, view is nice, people are friendly, kind and professional . Located at the best location in the city, I can said W is the best hotel in this city. Special thanks to Kiki and Shawn during the help, they are keen to help and always put a smile on their face. The room was very clean, and the ladies at the customer service front desk were very nice. Even if I got sick in the middle of the night, they sent me a thermometer and breakfast. Water was given after check out.

The hotel is a converted apartment building. There are many students and tourists in the building. The waiting time for the elevator is a little long. The hot water in the hotel depends on the water heater. Remember to turn on the water heater when you check in. The front desk did not remind me this time. I am also used to thinking that gas is always available. As a result, there was no hot water for washing. It is recommended that the store turn on the water heater in advance before the guest confirms check-in or arrives at the store. The location and environment are okay and the price/performance ratio is relatively high.

I purposely traveled during the off-peak hours after the Spring Festival, and looked at many hotels in Xi'an, and finally chose the Hilton Canopy in Qujiang, which is closest to the Tang Dynasty Sleepless City. Overall, the staff service, attitude, and hotel location are very good. We booked two rooms together. When we arrived in Xi'an, it was snowing in the ancient city, and we arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m. On the way, the entire city was covered with snow, and it was indeed the Tang Dynasty covered in snow. The hotel thoughtfully prepared ginger soup for us in the lobby to ward off the cold. After drinking it, we were warm and relieved from the fatigue from the journey. The overall color of the hotel is beautiful, and you can see the combination of ancient and modern elements everywhere you look. The room number of each room has the symbol of a camel or a horse, and the corridors are everywhere with the unique symbols of the city of Xi'an. During the two days we stayed in Xi'an, it snowed, and we walked in the sky full of snowflakes. On the pedestrian street of the Everlasting City of the Tang Dynasty, the lanterns were on, and men and women of all colors wearing Hanfu were walking around. For a moment, I didn't know whether we had traveled through the prosperous Tang Dynasty or the Tang Dynasty back to Xi'an. It seems that everyone here has become accustomed to dressing up in Hanfu, but not many people stop to watch. They are all immersed in their own happiness. There was a little hiccup when we returned from a trip after checking in, but Moon Yang, the hotel staff at the time, actively coordinated the room for us, always gave us travel suggestions, paid attention to our needs, and the personalized service temperature made up for the objective shortcomings. On the day of check-out, they actively helped me arrange my itinerary so that my family and I could have a good rest before departure. I'm very satisfied with the room after the adjustment. Every time I take a picture, the picture comes out without spending too much time on the P-picture. The room is equipped with a smart toilet, Dyson hair dryer, air purifier, and capsule coffee machine. The bedding is clean and comfortable. We have arranged a room close to the elevator, which is very considerate. It can be seen that the entire hotel is run with care. I am very grateful to Moon Yang and her team for quickly solving the minor oolong that occurred. Finally, I wish the hotel will get better and better!

Xi’an’s first tourist stop｜Tanghua Hualuxe Hotel 📍Location: The hotel is in an excellent location, just a stone's throw away from the Tang Dynasty Evernight City, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Da Ci'en Temple and other attractions. 🏡Environment: A Chinese-style Tang-style hotel gives people a feeling of traveling back in time. Most of the rooms are suites, with wide sofas and slightly smaller bathrooms. It would be perfect if there were partitions and sliding doors. 🛎️Service: The service at the front desk and restaurant is very good and enthusiastic! Special thanks to the bellman for carefully guiding us on the route, which made our impression of Xi'an even higher!

Coming to Xi'an from other places, I looked at many elegant hotels on Ctrip in advance and finally chose them. The environment is very good. In short, I am very happy to stay in Xi'an this time. The lady called in advance to inquire about the arrival time. After understanding our itinerary The room was arranged in advance. As soon as I entered the lobby, the young lady Yang Qian picked up my luggage and took me to the front desk to check in. She was really heartwarming and handed me tea and hot towels. I was also upgraded to a room with a view. It was really great. The room is the most beautiful at night. You can see the night view of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. I heard from my sister that the restaurant upstairs has a more beautiful night view. He also talked about the fun and delicious nearby attractions and prepared a guide. It was really good. It is very convenient to the scenic spot. The room was very comfortable, hygienic, clean and tidy, the water temperature was moderate, and the room also provided Korean skin care products. Please don’t be too considerate. One morning during this period, I was not feeling very well and I didn’t go to the restaurant for breakfast. When my sister found out, she immediately went to the restaurant to prepare some porridge and snacks and delivered them to the room. She also kept asking about my health on WeChat. Why? Such attentive service. Talking about other aspects, there are two afternoon teas on the first floor during my stay, and there is a laundry list prepared in the drawer. After sending me back to the room, my sister reminded me that the hotel provides free laundry, and asked me if I need any laundry? On March 8th the next day, Sister Yang specially sent me a fruit plate and a Year of the Dragon pillow. It was really a surprise and a very happy visit. I would also like to thank the guy at the front desk for checking in very quickly. Every city has its own charm. Maybe it’s because of the delicious food and rich historical and cultural heritage that the lovely people I met at the hotel like this city even more.

Fantastic hotel right next to Datang Everbight Walking Street, Joy City Mall and the Goose Pagoda. Rooms are designed to look ”antique” to match the amcient theme of the area, but are very clean. Breakfast was reallly good!
