Pros: 1. The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from the Grand Tang Everbright City (大唐不夜城). 2. The hotel boasts extremely spacious and upscale public areas that feel very comfortable. 3. Rooms are generously sized, featuring large bathrooms and a dedicated walk-in closet. 4. Breakfast is extensive, offering a great variety of local specialty foods. Cons: 1. The toilet in the bathroom was quite uncomfortable to use, especially for prolonged sitting. 2. The staff member who delivered bottled water knocked but failed to announce herself (e.g., 'Hello, I'm from housekeeping'). 3. The standard of polite language from the lobby security needs improvement. For example, when an out-of-town vehicle, unfamiliar with the road conditions, mistakenly entered against the traffic flow, the security guard's immediate remark was: 'There's a big arrow on the ground, can't you see it?' My thought was, 'I *did* see it, but does that justify driving against traffic? Why aren't there clearer, upright signs for the exit? Wouldn't that be more noticeable?' I truly hope you can consider these issues more from a customer's point of view.

Facilities: The room has all the necessary configurations, and the hairdryer is very useful! Hygiene: Comfortable, clean and tidy! Environment: The hotel is like a courtyard, very quiet at night, and very convenient for travel. It only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the subway entrance, Xi'an Museum, and Small Wild Goose Pagoda! Service: Service is the highlight of this Wyndham! From the lady at the front desk to the lobby manager to the lady and chefs in the breakfast room, everyone is warm and kind, and the service is super thoughtful and meticulous! When I come back from playing outside every day, I feel like I'm home, so warm and comfortable! Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, we have almost tasted all the specialties of Xi'an in just a few days! One day I saw that the apples in the lobby were fresh and beautiful and I took two to eat. It turned out that the lobby manager remembered this and specially prepared a bag of apples for us to take home on the day we left. Oh my god, I was so touched🥹I will have relatives and friends in the future I highly recommend staying here if you go to Xi'an! Thank you! It rained all the time during the few days I went to Xi'an, and Huashan Mountain was closed due to heavy snow, but the warmth of Wyndham made up for my inner regret! See you next time!

The apartment is a standard two-bedroom, two-living room apartment with a washing machine and kitchen. The room was relatively clean, though some areas could be improved. The view room offers a view of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Tang Dynasty City, making it a prime location. Breakfast was a bit of a hassle, requiring a walk to the Wyndham Hotel restaurant next to the apartment. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. The hotel's information on Baidu Maps was incorrect. The Wyndham hotel and apartment, both located on adjacent floors, were located next to each other, but the navigation indicated the apartment's location as the hotel, forcing us to turn around and continue on to the apartment. We hope this information will be corrected to avoid unnecessary inconvenience for guests. Furthermore, the guest bedroom in the two-bedroom, two-living room apartment doesn't have a private bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient for larger groups. We hope Ctrip will address this. Also, the breakfast included in the two-bedroom, two-living room apartment is significantly smaller. Most guests who book a two-bedroom, two-living room apartment are staying with at least three or even four people, so the breakfast is quite limited. Overall, the apartment was nice, and the stay was enjoyable, but some details could be improved.
