This was a perfect place for my stay in Xi’An. Located directly next to the South Gate for the Xi’An city wall, it was very easily accessible and had so many options around. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. The staff knew very little English, but definitely tried their best. From check-in all the way to check-out, the staff was incredibly receptive and professional. They helped to suggest the best local cuisine as well as helping to get a taxi to the airport. When leaving, front office manager Jerry He personally greeted us and checked on our stay. I will certainly rebook this hotel for my next stay in Xi’An

Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. The most important thing is that you can see the koi when you open the curtains, so every day in Xi'an is lucky.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. The welcoming experiences at 东舍 would be a draw for our next visit to 西安. 高标准的服务对于提供客户体验至关重要。我要赞扬前台孙陆的帮助以及早餐时尹改利和她的同事们友好服务。你们让我在西安的住宿成为一次美好的经历。

The most satisfying thing about my visit to Xi'an this time is the hotel. When we made a reservation on Ctrip, a housekeeper helped us with our luggage when we got off the bus. After check-in, he sent us to our room. Since the room was not so tight, he also upgraded our room for us. He proactively added WeChat for easy contact. Because we had a baby with us, we had many needs. We helped deliver hot milk, there were fruits and cookies in the room, and we also asked for clothes drying services. Every hotel staff member will take the initiative to say hello when they see us. The customer service staff at the front desk will always respond to our requests. When we need help, the housekeeping staff will also arrive at the room quickly. For an impatient person like me, this is really satisfying. . The tour group will leave at 7 o'clock the next day. We ate some breakfast in a hurry and brought some with us. My daughter doesn't like the food in the scenic spot, so she relies on the various breads and milk brought by the hotel to fill her stomach. Later I found out that breakfast was only available for dine-in and no takeout. It was very hard and tiring to join the group. The housekeeper prepared a foot bath, which was very considerate. On the day of check-out, the flight was at 7 a.m., and we set off at 5 a.m. The hotel also prepared a packed breakfast, including milk, yogurt, orange juice, bread sandwiches and fruits, which was much better than airplane food. The butler brother also helped call a car. Please @ the butler brother Hao Ping here. Please give him a raise hahaha~ Finally, a few comments. The name of the hotel is ”Jue Yue Fu” and it is located next to the Xi'an Conservatory of Music. It must have something to do with music, but the music buttons in the hotel always have no sound. Secondly, the hotel's laundry service is relatively expensive compared to what we had in Changsha. The hotel I stayed in was reasonably priced but had free laundry and drying services. Thirdly, the carpet in the room was not suitable for walking barefoot. I often stepped on it and felt a tingling sensation on the bottom of my foot. I couldn’t see anything there, and one day it even got pricked. When it comes to the index finger, the small spines will reflect light but cannot be captured in photos. I think this should be paid attention to. Above, I hope the hotel will get better and better, and I will stay there next time I come to Xi'an ~

The hotel is very close to the subway exit A. The decoration is very new and unique. The bathrooms are all Kohler (I forgot to take a photo, I must remember correctly). The room facilities and supplies are very good. The lighting on the first floor and the public area is very dark and shaky. Remember to ask for it when you check in. Don’t rely on the road. Ctrip booking is trustworthy and any problems can be solved quickly.

Despite the conditions of the facility which is not in top shape, I would consider staying in this hotel again nextime around. The only reason for this is due to outstanding services provided by the receptionists, and especially a young female receptionist who was on duty early in that morning(11/3). My Alipay and WeChat pay accounts were suspended for no reason, and because of that I couldn't call/reserve a taxicab on my own. I really appreciated her help getting a taxicab for me.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

Stayed once, the legendary autumn fruit, recommended by a friend, the hotel service is very friendly, helped me pour tea, carry my luggage, set the temperature of the air-conditioner, and deliver the fruit. It felt so warm. I ate free porridge, steamed buns and stomach in the evening. It was very comfortable. The fruit was delivered, great. The pressure of the bath water was too good. Xi'an is so hot. The shower is great. I will come again in the future.

Although this hotel was on the other side of the city, the hotel staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us with our itinerary. The hotel was clean, showers were hot and strong, bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great too! I used the free washing machine and dryer that were excellent equipment.
