Ibis Styles Properties in Xi'an

I originally wanted to book a visit to the Shaanxi History Museum right across the street, and though I didn't manage to get a reservation, this Ibis hotel directly opposite gave me an unexpected pleasant surprise. The check-in was very welcoming. My room booking didn't include breakfast, but they gave me a breakfast voucher anyway. They also offer an airport shuttle service for 30 RMB per person for a shared ride, which is super convenient. It's close to the Grand Tang Mall and Furong Garden. The king-size bed was really comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with jia mo (Chinese hamburgers), rice noodles, and even my favorite coffee. Unfortunately, I was a bit rushed for time, so I didn't get to use the extra costume change and guided tour services they offered.😅

Choosing this hotel for this trip was absolutely the right decision! The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and surrounded by shopping malls and food streets – everything you need for getting around and finding food is super easy. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming during check-in, proactively introducing the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, and even thoughtfully upgraded my room – a truly wonderful experience! The room was even more stunning than the pictures, with a simple yet elegant decor. It was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable; I didn't want to get up once I lay down. The soundproofing was also superb; I couldn't hear any outside noise and slept soundly. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, and high-quality toiletries – even the hairdryer was high-powered! The attention to detail was impeccable! The hotel breakfast had a fantastic variety of options, both Chinese and Western, with fresh and delicious ingredients. A satisfying breakfast was perfect before heading out. Furthermore, the hotel service was impeccable; they were responsive to any needs, and even proactively helped me call a taxi at check-out. The entire experience was fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to my friends!

It was very nice. All staffs are very kind and friendly. Hotel breakfast was very delicious and the room was clean and cleaned every day. Transportation was close to the adjacent exhibition hall, so taxi fares were cheap. The restaurants around the hotel were cheap, delicious, and very friendly. The convenience store was open late, so it was convenient to use. It was convenient to have the 兵马俑 and Silk Road performances nearby. I would like to visit again next time. from Jay Yeom
