I booked an ordinary big bed room (no independent bathroom), thinking about the public bathroom, but seeing that someone booked the same room type as me, I did give a bad review and said that there is no bathroom in the room without air conditioning. I asked the boss if this room type has air conditioning and bathroom? Because the room type is clearly marked without independent guards when booking. The boss said that there are room types marked, and there is no labeling. Hey, now some consumers really spend some money and feel that they are God, and the spectrum is very big. Whether it is the takeaway industry or the express industry, people like this are really everywhere, and they have seen too many. I want to say: the same people, some people look like people but they are not personnel at all, seriously lowering the quality of Chinese people!

The hotel is very upscale and has a great location. Dongdong at the front desk received us very warmly, provided thoughtful service and was considerate. The room is very hygienic, with complete facilities, beautiful scenery outside the window, and free mineral water and fruit snacks. All in all, this stay was a great experience. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Xi'an.

It can be said that the experience of living is the worst, let alone the service. My room was really amazing. I didn’t have shower gel and shampoo at first. I didn’t know when the thing was inside. I was dry (see picture). I was going to call the front desk. I found that the phone was a display. I went down and found it. It took a long time for someone to solve 😳 and then the shower switch is still Bad, barely open for a while, will slide down and close it, the most terrible thing is that the water has been put for a long time, there is no hot water coming out...
