Excellent location and accomodation. The room was spacious and comfortable bed and good pressured showe. Helpful staff. It was great having a washing machine to use. Recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a central location to Xi’an wall and bell tower.

It was an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. One of the front desk staff named 小甘 kindly helped me to rebook my same room several nights, she was very helpful and I am very grateful. Additionally, the hotel had a free washing machine and dryer where i was able to wash my clothes during the trip. 10/10 experience and i would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great quality hotel in an excellent location.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The room with one double bed and two single beds was perfect for our family of four. The location is incredibly convenient, right across from Guanzhong Academy. Getting a taxi was also very easy, with plenty available in front of the academy's archway. Walking further into Shuyuanmen (Academy Gate), you can really feel the strong cultural atmosphere of calligraphy, which I absolutely loved.

Unique hotel with friendly staffs and room services. Room is clean and well equipped. Location wise is very convenient, 15 mins walk to 东仓门早市 and 20 mins to 小南门。 Nearby have KFC, cotti coffee and other Chinese restaurants. Just downstairs a streets full of vendors selling gifts and arts. Recommend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. This is my fourth time staying here, and every single time it feels like coming back home. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming — from the receptionist to the cleaning lady, everyone is always friendly, helpful, and respectful. The place is spotless, very clean, and has such a chill, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. Everything is well taken care of, and you can really feel the attention to detail. I always have a great experience here and will definitely keep coming back. The service was super friendly, from the front desk staff to the ladies who opened the door to the linen closet. It's rare to see such great service. I travel to 20+ countries a year for work or leisure and have never encountered service so far beyond expectation. Great location, on the street where you can find handcraft goods. Near subway lines. Walking distance to pedestrian street, shops, convinience stores, bell tower, muslim quarter. We booked a room with no windows and we got a free upgrade to a bigger room with windows. The only thing to improve is cleanliness, but it wasn't that bad. We stayed one night.
