The pictures of the merchants are for reference only, please take the actual as the standard. I don't know if it is the smell of the sewer or the smell inside the house. The apartments are converted into hotels. The experience is not so optimistic! It can only be said that it is close to the subway entrance and convenient transportation.

1.不是正經酒店，是像民宿一樣的，直接由小區房間改造的，樓下便利店老闆就是酒店老闆，屬於家庭經營的，到的時候不敢相信這就是自己定的酒店
2.房間設施老套衞生較差，（涼拖鞋底子是裂開的，沙發還有角落的地方，比如桌子有點臟，尤其是沙發），床上肉眼看是比較乾淨的，但還是鋪上了一次性床單被罩，使用的也是自己帶的一次性毛巾，那個毛巾肉眼可見有點臟，不知道上一個客人用了換過沒
3.酒店隔音特別不好，能清楚聽見居民住户的聲音，有小孩跑跟叫的聲音，還有説話的聲音，晚上門風吹還會動，在門縫塞了紙好多了，因為是兩個女生，害怕的擠在一起睡的
4.強行收按金100，説是房卡按金，不過最後我把房卡給老闆還是退給我了
優點:
1.確實離地鐵比較近，出行比較方便
2.酒店價格在五一瘋狂漲價中對比確實不貴
3.樓下就是便利店，買東西比較方便，收費也較為合理

對於過來考試的我來説，這個價格能住到這麼好的酒店也是非常的值。老闆人也特別好，一聊才知道還是老鄉。還想着有時間長期備考的話，長時間住了‼️
照片打算再次入住的時候拍。這個價格真的很划算，又很乾凈，住的很舒服。
