The location is superb! Even I arrived hotel at late night around midnight, there were lots of street food shop opened! And from the hotel you can see Zhonglou! The staff is very nice and helpful.

I made a right choice to stay in this lovely hotel. We took metro line 2 from Xian south railway to reach Zhonglou station via exit B. Be cautious there will be no escalator at exit B. Exit 8 is with escalator. Friendly and helpful staff to help sort out our Queries.

We almost didn't find the hotel. They don't have any sign outside. You have to use the entrance of Mercure Hotel and then go to the 9th floor. The sign there also is not very helpful as the English translation is different from the name on trip.com
Otherwise the hotel is nice.

Design of this hotel and transparent bath in my room was really unique experience.
Service was superb, i felt welcome and at the front desc could speak english.
Location in the heart of Xi'an, near scenic spots of the city.

A little difficult to find the lift but no other issues. Very friendly staff only happy to help.

Compared with other rooms, the rooms at Four Seasons Hotel, Qiuguo and others are a bit bigger. The bed makes noise when you turn around. The white stool may have blackened hair that cannot be washed off, so we dare not sit on it. The total score is 70.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The design of the hotel is also very unique. The hotel is in a great location with subway entrances on both sides. It was so convenient and I had a lot of fun.
