Xi’an Hua Qing Palace Hotel & Spa

Definitely worth every penny. Will absolutely recommend to anyone planning a relaxing day at Huaqing (and/or intending to visit the Terracotta Warriors). Regrettably we did not spend enough time (only an overnight stay). To truly appreciate the hot spring, would suggest 2 nights if time permits, so as to really make full use of the hotel facilities. We visited on the last day of the performance for the outdoor show - The Song of Everlasting Sorrow (长恨歌). Tickets were organized through the hotel concierge. Best to ask for middle section to the back so you have full view of the huge stage (including the actual mountain as the backdrop). The hotel organizes meet-up and then a slow stroll into the garden and then back to the hotel. If you plan to use the public hot spring, bring a swimsuit. Stunning hotel. Just do it.

Beautiful property and the included photo service was unique and memorable! Beautiful place for photos and the photography service provided makeup and outfits that were from the tang dynasty! The show is also incredible. Both my wife and I felt like royalty!

Very authentic stay in the palace. The complimentary hot spring is the highlight of the stay! Will recommend to friends!

Just 45 minutes out, Lintong is an amazing area. The small group trek turned into a solo overnight stay. The Hot Springs, food, rooms, service, and Property are amazing. One to one assistance from the Hotel staff. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend to stay here if you’re heading to Terracotta Army so you don’t have to rush back to the city. In this hotel, you get a nice hot bath, can enjoy the night show (which is one of the best and memorable show that I’ve ever watch), can have a nice stroll to the famous Huaqing Palace and there’s also free photography session for one hour. Would definitely recommend

The service and facilities of the hotel are great! Location is great for visiting 兵馬俑and 華清池 。 The kids just love the outdoor onsen and in-room onsen pool.

This place was absolutely fantastic, location was within Huaqing palace, beautiful old architecture, the staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of both Chinese & Western food to suit everyone. Guests can enjoy the beautiful hot pools every night. The only downside was that the palace has an outdoor show several times a night and the sound is quite loud, we had to wear ear plugs to fall asleep. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed everything about this hotel.

Beautiful luxurious room, in stunning palatial hot springs surroundings. Fantastic customer service, especially one receptionist (WeChat ID ********), both during our stay and afterwards. The room rate included -a superb buffet breakfast, -bathing in hot spring water in our private bath all ready for us when we returned from the Song of Everlasting Sorrow show (booked on the day via the hotel when no seats available via trip.com etc.) -hotel staff with a dragon lantern escorted us to & from the show -entrance ticket to the Tang palace & baths all day including arrival & departure days - 2 hour Tang hanfu photoshoot( makeup, dress & some photos).
